Prince of Astoria

I've written and rewritten my author review several times now, but here it is. Prince of Astoria is my attempt at writing a "contemporary" superhero story. With this story, I aim to present a world that is not nearly as nihilistic and violent as "The Boys" or "Invincible," yet not quite as silly and naive as the Silver Age of comic books. Prince of Astoria attempts to show you a world of superheroes that is gritty and grounded, but not one that is lacking in color or is overly negative. And above all of that, I want to write something unlike anything you've ever seen. Please let me know if I succeeded.

Indeed, a great read, and I'm looking forward to finishing the rest of the book. The story development is well-evolved, and so is the character design. Of course, there might be mistakes in the book here and there, but nothing the author can't fix. This was a great read for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading each chapter. I highly recommend this book.

i read it and i am willing to know more about his life. The story grew interesting from time to time and i am certain this guy won't let you down. None the writer or the Mc. The writing style was amazing and quite remarkable in understanding. Great work. Author!

A very good novel. The concept behind it is solid and not traditional. I really like the main character's mindset — how he’s willing to do anything for revenge and sees killing as normal. The idea that he trained with ninjas for 13 traits over just 13 months is also intriguing and adds a good layer of mystery to the story. Plus, we’re left anticipating his revenge and the reveal of the enemies who killed his parents. As for what could be improved, in my opinion, there are no major weaknesses in the first five chapters I’ve read. Maybe just improving the writing style a bit and slightly speeding up the pacing — those are the only improvements I’d suggest.

At first with this title I thought it was a medieval story especially with the beginning of the first chapter but I quickly understood that it was a superhero story and that didn't disappoint me. The synopsis doesn't say enough about the work or the cover, but apart from that the story is full of mystery, we ask ourselves a lot of questions. Except that, the whole story and character development are good.

I think that the story has great promise. I like that the world of Prince of Astoria feels lived in, and that the main character has a clearly defined motivation and goal. I hope you can keep up the momentum as you continue to write your story.
