Chapter 3 – Preparation and the Building of New Terra

Kar'n stood tall in front of Kent, his towering figure adding an intimidating presence. Yet, Kent felt calm, knowing that Kar'n, summoned by the system, would protect him on this barren planet.

"Very well," Kent said with a smile, looking at Kar'n, who stood firm before him. "We're on an uninhabited planet, Kar'n. This is our chance to build New Terra. Other forces will be arriving soon, and you'll lead them, both military and civilian, to begin the construction. But before that, I need a moment. I'll suit up in my armor. You'll assist me afterward."

"Understood, my lord," Kar'n replied, his voice steady as he bowed slightly.

The system spoke within Kent's mind, reminding him of the ongoing process. (Initiating integration of the Emperor of Mankind's genetics and knowledge...)

Kent felt his body undergo intense pain, as though something was tearing and reshaping him from the inside out. Unfamiliar memories flooded his mind, making him feel as though he were losing himself in agony. "System!" Kent shouted in his mind, trying to endure the excruciating pain. "What's happening? This is unbearable!"

(Ding! The host's condition is severely weakened. I have adjusted your body to match the size of the Emperor of Mankind's body. Without this adjustment, the host's body might explode.)

Kent cursed the system internally while enduring the pain that lasted over six hours. "So if it weren't for the system, my body would've exploded?!" Kent could hardly believe it, but the pain he was experiencing was enough to prove the system's claim.

His body began to grow, expanding taller and more muscular, taking the form of the Emperor of Mankind. Sweat poured down his face, and his clothes tore from the massive changes in size. He was grateful for the Emperor's armor, or he would have no idea how to dress on this empty planet.

"If it weren't for this armor, I don't know what I would do!" Kent murmured, though the pain still lingered.

(Sniff, sniff... my lord...) The system sounded almost guilty, as if apologizing for the pain Kent was enduring.

"Don't surprise me like this again!" Kent groaned as he felt his body gradually adjust to the new form. Though stronger and sturdier, the pain still haunted him.

(Ding! Would the host like to summon the Cadia military forces and civilian population to begin initial construction? The system has activated them as part of the starter rewards.)

Kent sighed deeply, trying to calm himself. "Alright, I'll don the armor first before the forces arrive in an hour."

Kar'n nodded. "Of course, my lord."

Kent extended his hand, requesting assistance in wearing the massive armor. Though he could manage it on his own, he felt more comfortable with someone else helping him with the complicated process of donning the armor.

Kar'n moved swiftly, helping him with the enormous suit of armor. "Very well, my lord," he responded, his movements deft despite the heavy and intricate armor.

The process took almost an hour, but finally, Kent was fully equipped in the massive and imposing armor. Once ready, he felt more prepared to face whatever might come. He turned his gaze to the sky, which was darkening. Thousands of warships and logistics vessels from the Warhammer universe were gradually approaching, forming a stunningly organized fleet.

"The number of ships... is incredible," Kent whispered in awe.

Ship Numbers:

Warships: 143 ships, consisting of Star Forest and Stellar Forest. These ships were designed for large-scale warfare, impressive and indomitable.

Logistics and Construction Ships: 5700 ships, consisting of:

4200 Ark Mechanicus, enormous ships with incredible capabilities in logistics and engineering.

1000 Cydonian Pattern, designed to support large-scale construction and material transportation.

500 Dominium-Class Heavy Transports, heavy transport ships ready to carry vital resources for building colonies and civilizations.

Total Ships: 5843 ships.

Kent was still in awe of the fleet that was coming. He never imagined witnessing such a sight.

"The number of forces is also enormous," Kent continued, watching as soldiers began disembarking from the ships.

Forces and Population:

Military Forces: 100 million soldiers, including:

Astra Militarum, known for their loyalty and combat prowess.

Cadian Shock Troops, elite soldiers trained for the most dangerous battlefields.

Space Marines, superhuman soldiers nearly invincible in battle.

Imperial Knights, massive warriors with unparalleled combat power.

Titan Legions, colossal war machines ready to annihilate anything in their path.

Civilians: 2 billion souls, including military families and settlers who would begin constructing the new civilization on this planet, including citizens from Cadia ready to colonize.

Kent smiled slightly, feeling the weight on his shoulders lighten. "So this is the beginning of it all."

Kar'n stood firm beside him. "We will organize the military and civilian forces to begin construction immediately, my lord."

Kent watched as the forces began moving towards the planet's surface, with Kar'n leading them efficiently. He knew this would not be an easy task, but seeing the massive scale of the forces, Kent felt confident that he would be able to build the human empire he envisioned.

"I need to know more about these forces," Kent said, his eyes scanning the movements of the troops. "How much time will it take to prepare everything?"

"For the military," Kar'n answered, "they are ready to fight at any time. Their equipment is complete, and they will respond to your orders. Meanwhile, the civilian and logistics forces will require several weeks to finish preparations and build the basic infrastructure."

Kent nodded. "Alright, we'll start with the major construction projects. The military will be responsible for security and protection. The rest, the civilian forces, will build our colony. I want to make sure we have everything we need: food, water, energy, and resources to survive."

Kar'n nodded. "Your command will be executed, my lord."

In the sky, the logistics ships moved closer to the planet's surface. Kent could see the incredibly organized movement. Technicians and workers were already descending, ready to build whatever was necessary for this new civilization.

"This will be our home," Kent said with growing confidence, watching the construction process begin. "Get ready, Kar'n. This is just the beginning."

Kar'n, ever disciplined, was ready to carry out the orders. "The forces are ready, my lord. Everything will proceed according to plan."

And so, the construction of the new planet began. The arriving forces began moving to build the empire Kent had dreamed of. Kent felt a sense of anticipation as he watched the sheer size of the forces. This wasn't just a defining moment, it was the grand beginning of something vast.

"Kar'n," Kent said seriously, "Make sure everything goes smoothly. We're going to build a new civilization, stronger, larger. Help me organize these forces."

"Understood, my lord," Kar'n replied, his resolve unwavering. "We will begin immediately."

Kent felt the weight of leadership upon him, but at the same time, hope began to grow. With Kar'n's help and the summoned forces, he would begin to plan the first steps toward building the empire of humanity.
