"Qianqian, what was the situation before?"

Hearing my question, the unfamiliar woman smiled and said, "Oh, oh, you're looking for Xiaorui, right? She's the tutor our family hired. I'm actually Qianqian's mother."

"My child's father and I are usually quite busy, so we typically hire a tutor to take care of the child's studies and everyday life. Last night, she said she had some family issues and couldn't continue, so I took time off to come back."

So that's what's going on; no wonder Qianqian never called her mom when I went to her house before.
