The beast lunged at Adolf with blinding speed.
In the blink of an eye, Adolf raised his sword and countered with a crushing blow, severing the creature's arm at the shoulder.
But the nightmare was far from over.
In utter disbelief, Adolf watched as the severed limb regenerated at a terrifying speed — and the beast attacked again, striking him with a force that left him staggering, barely conscious.
In the whirlwind of pain and confusion, Adolf did not retreat; he stood firm even as his senses began to fade.
He fought like a merciless war machine — alone against four monstrous giants, each larger and stronger than him.
Every time a beast charged, Adolf would slice off its limbs with precision and drive his sword into its heart, learning and adapting with every battle.
As the fight raged on, Adolf's eyes began to change — turning pitch black, without whites or pupils, resembling the shadows of death itself.
His hands cracked and bled; his sword slipped from his grip more than once, but sheer willpower kept him going.
One by one, the beasts fell before him — until only one remained.
On the brink of collapse, with a shattered body but a burning soul, Adolf roared:
> "I am Adolf Doze!
> Sovereign over beasts and men!
> I lived as an unmatched king!
> Creatures as wretched as you will never defeat me!"
With impossible speed, he launched himself at the final beast and delivered a killing blow, bringing it down.
From a distance, Kim, who had been watching, gasped:
"That's not a human anymore... Adolf has become pure destruction."
Adolf staggered and collapsed.
Kim rushed to him and dragged him toward the truck.
But there was a problem: the truck had been overturned during the battle.
In a crucial moment, the truck's self-recovery system activated, righting it back on its wheels.
Kim climbed in, started the engine, and prepared to escape.
However, just before leaving, he spotted a small creature slipping away among the ruins —
a small monster that had been observing the entire fight.
Kim froze:
"When did it get here?... No — it's going to summon reinforcements!"
With everything he had, Kim slammed the gas pedal down and sped back toward the shelter.
