Shocking Revelation

Tech Boy :

" How is your day going "

A small smile curved Kavi's lips as he quickly typed back,

"Chaotic as hell, my friends are around."

He didn't even realize he was smiling like an idiot until Pinky caught it.

Pinky narrowed her eyes suspiciously, leaning over dramatically.

"There is definitely a mysterious girl!" she announced at full volume, pointing an accusing finger at him.

Alina and Roy immediately perked up, ready for the drama.

"Spill it!" Alina chimed in with a mouthful of dumpling.

Kavi just rolled his eyes and tucked his phone away.

"Calm down, it's nobody. Just… a friend."

Meanwhile, Kiaan sat in his room, his own phone clutched loosely in his hand, smiling just as much. He wished he could see Kavi that moment so that they can spend the day exploring the city together. But since Kavi has plans with his friends he didn't want to interrupt.

"Would you be available tomorrow, we can hang around and have fun, what did you feel?"

Kavi read the message, he replied quickly,

"Tomorrow works, it is Sunday".

He slid his phone back into his pocket and turned his attention back to his friends

Pinky, of course, was still watching him like a hawk.

Pinky threw a popcorn at Kavi's head. "Tomorrow, huh?" she teased loudly. "Someone's got a date!"

She didn't check the name of the person Kavi was chatting with, her focus was on the text.

Kavi chuckled but said nothing, letting them jump to their own conclusions.

Of course, they assumed it was a girl.

And he wasn't exactly in a rush to correct them.

That night, after his friends finally left and the apartment fell silent, Kavi found himself standing in front of his wardrobe longer than he'd like to admit.

He told himself it was nothing , just two friends hanging out, no big deal.

Yet there he was, flipping through his clothes, frowning at every shirt he owned.

Too formal. Too casual. Too… desperate.

He finally settled on a simple but clean outfit, a soft black sweater and jeans that he knew fit him well, and hung them carefully by his bed.

"Relax," he muttered to himself, running a hand through his hair.

"It's just Tech Boy. No need to overthink it."

But even as he said it, a small, giddy smile refused to leave his face.

*Sunday Morning*

Kavi had just slipped in a casual comfortable outfit as he had planned last night when his phone buzzed.

"Hey , I am around the bench. Waiting."

Kavi grabbed his mini Louis-Vuitton cross bag and his phone, he headed out.

When he reached the familiar spot under the tree where they always meet, he paused in mild surprise.

Parked casually by the curb was a sleek, exotic car that looked like it belonged in a luxury magazine. The engine purred softly, and leaning back in the driver's seat, looking unfairly cool, was Kiaan, one hand lazily draped over the wheel, the other tapping his phone.

Kavi whistled low under his breath. Damn.

He sauntered over and pulled open the passenger door.

With a teasing grin, he said, "Other girls must be so jealous of your girl," sliding into the seat and buckling his seatbelt.

Kiaan let out a short, amused laugh ,

almost a snort , his eyes briefly flickering over to Kavi before pulling back onto the road.

"Well, good thing I don't have a girl. Never actually dated one before," he said casually.

Kavi blinked, caught completely off guard.

"Oh wow," he said, grinning. "So you're just like me, a stupid virgin."

Kiaan chuckled under his breath, his fingers tapping lightly on the steering wheel.

"No," he said with an easy shrug

There was a beat of silence before he added, almost too casually,

"I'm into boys."

Kavi froze for half a second, his fingers tightening around the seatbelt strap.

He blinked, smile slipping off his face, for a second he just stared at Kiaan, trying to process what he heard.

He had always without a doubt thought Kiaan was straight. STRAIGHT AS HELL.

Cool, popular, the type of guy you expected to have girls falling at his feet.

"Into boys?" He thought.

What shocked him even more was how easily, how comfortably, Kiaan had said it.

Like it was the most natural thing in the world.

Like he trusted Kavi enough to just… say it.

Kavi cleared his throat, feeling weirdly honored, and more than a little stunned.

"Oh. Wow," he muttered, a bit too late. "Did not see that coming."

Kiaan just smiled faintly, eyes focused on the road.

He didn't explain further.

"Oh wow," he managed, trying to sound cool even though his mind was in a mess
