<p>As much as I wanted nothing more than to spend the rest of my time and possibly my life with Astrid, I had work to do. And I had matters to attend to. One of them being my older sister who I had still not heard from even after a fucking week.</p>

<p>I made sure Astrid was settled though before leaving. Although to be sincere, she had sent me out insisting that she didn't need a guide and that I should get on with my life. I shouldn't put it on hold just to ensure that she is okay. I wanted to tell her that I can and would put my life on hokd to ensure she was okay but if there was one thing I had learnt from my time with Astrid,  it was the fact that once she was settled on something, she wouldn't budge.</p>
