Owen Pierce, a young and passionate pianist, performs at various spots in the city including The Jezebel, a club frequented by gangsters.
There he meets Desi, a captivating Jezebel girl. They begin a romantic relationship, but soon after Desi catches the attention of a dangerous man.
Owen, unwilling to let her go, sets out to save her.
