The bone-chilling cold clung to Whitebeard body like a parasite. While other parts of his body were protected by his Armament Haki, the wound left by the hound bite was vulnerable. The cold seeped into the injury, freezing the blood and continuing to spread deeper.
Whitebeard brow furrowed, but he didn't hesitate. He pulled out a Senzu Bean and popped it into his mouth. A green glow emanated from within his body, forcing the icy cold out of his arm. In the next moment, Whitebeard wound had completely healed, and his stamina was nearly fully restored.
A grin spread across Whitebeard face as he let out a hearty laugh.
"Come on, you three! Let's keep going!" Whitebeard beckoned to the three Admirals, exuding an overwhelming aura of dominance.
"What did the old man just eat?"
"Even though the injury wasn't severe, hasn't he been plagued by old wounds and illnesses for years?"
"He shouldn't be able to recover that quickly!" Teach wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and asked with a puzzled expression.
