Vyrin — a snow-covered kingdom of Mayana, where cities lay buried under frost and silence.
At its heart stood the grand royal estate — Sataar Palace.
Within its golden-lit chamber sat four men: Vijay, Karan, Hales, and Thales.
Each wore the same look of unease — the next election was looming.
> "What's the issue now with the election?" Thales asked, a slight irritation in his voice.
Hales leaned forward, excited. "Come on! It's obvious we're going to win. Everyone will vote for themselves, but all four of us are voting for Karan. Simple math — guaranteed victory!"
Karan gave a faint smile. "That's what I thought too... but the equation has changed."
"WHAT?!" Hales and Thales blurted together.
Vijay's expression darkened. "The strategy we used — forming a bloc and voting as one — they're using it now too."
"So what?" Hales said confidently. "We still have the numbers. We're ahead."
Vijay looked him dead in the eye. "No. Because this time... the Fourth and Fifth May Kings have united."
Thales frowned. "Even then, that's just two votes, right?"
Vijay nodded. "Yes… but the real problem is — the May Minister."
"Which May Minister?" Hales asked.
Karan suddenly stood, voice echoing through the chamber:
"All of them!"
Hales and Thales instinctively covered their ears from the outburst.
Vijay spoke calmly. "One of them will contest. The rest will vote for him. End result? Five votes to May Minister… and only four for us. That means we lose."
Silence fell. Tension painted every face.
> "So… any solution?" Thales whispered.
Vijay turned his gaze toward Karan — leaning back, relaxed, a smile playing on his lips.
> Karan spoke heavily.
"Yes… there's only one path left now…
ASSAULT."
All three shouted in disbelief:
"WHAT?!"

Two Days Earlier – City of Pochin, Eldor
The mansion was colossal — so cold that even the frost on its walls seemed to shiver.
Guards stood outside the massive hall, but within, only four people sat — each lost in his own frustration.
1. Caelum
(Caelum had wavy chestnut hair falling slightly over his forehead, with sky-grey eyes that flickered between innocence and intensity. His robes were white with golden outlines, elegant yet subtle — like a quiet genius who'd rather think ten moves ahead than speak one sentence too early.)
2. Samar
(Samar had warm brown skin, a square jawline, and tightly cropped hair. His face carried a playful smirk and sharp intellect behind those calm eyes. He wore an earthy green robe layered with a half-armored vest — diplomatic, but not afraid to throw hands when needed.)
3. Riku
(Riku had sharp eyes always scanning the room, with messy black hair and a smug grin that never quite left his face. He had a lean, athletic frame wrapped in a dark-blue tunic with asymmetrical sleeves and a loose belt — casual, chaotic, and unpredictable, just like his vibe.)
4. Drevan
(Most respected and experienced one.Drevan had deep-set eyes, a strong Roman nose, and skin weathered with wisdom and war. His salt-and-pepper beard flowed down to his chest, and long tied -back hair gave him a sage-warrior aura. Dressed in a heavy maroon cloak over deep brown robes, he looked like someone who spoke less, but when he did — the ground listened.)
> Caelum, slammed the table. "Why the hell did Idris call us here? Wasting our damn time."
Riku sighed. "Seriously. I've got a mountain of work. He's definitely pulling one of his stunts."
Samar said nothing. Just tired eyes, silent exhaustion.
Just then, the doors creaked open.
Idris entered. Idris had a commanding face with sharp cheekbones, a perfectly trimmed beard, and eyes that held secrets too old to guess. His jet-black hair was slicked back with streaks of silver at the temples, giving him that "strategist with history" look. He wore a black high-collared robe with silver linings — simple, powerful, and impossible to ignore. He walked straight to the center seat and sat.
> Samar immediately spoke. "Finally. Care to tell us why you dragged us here with all this suspense?"
Riku, smirking, added, "Yeah, go on, Idris. What's so urgent? We're not May Kings who can just stroll around. As May Matri, we actually work, remember?"
Idris broke his calm silence.
> "That's exactly why I called you all."
They turned to him, attention locked.
"We've been the May Matri… for the last twenty years. Four elections — same cycle. And it's clear it'll keep going this way."
Samar interrupted. "Yeah, and we can't change that. Only the Emperor has the authority to elevate a Matri to a King. And there hasn't been one for years."
Caelum laughed. "And even if a King gets crowned Emperor, it's not like he'll listen to us."
A spark lit in Idris's eyes.
> "Exactly. But… have you ever wondered — what if we became Kings?"
Riku blinked. "And how do you suppose that'll happen?"
Idris leaned in. "We've done everything for Mayana — expanded its borders, built weapons, brought wealth, ensured security. And the credit? Always goes to the May Kings. We just get orders… and disrespect.
But now… it's time. We should rule."
Samar was still confused. "Okay. But then… who becomes the Emperor?"
"One of us," Idris answered. "If we vote together — we decide the winner. It's just math. What we need is unity."
Silence again. Two long minutes.
Then, they all burst into laughter — except Drevan, standing near the door.
> "SILENCE!"
His voice cracked through the room like lightning. The laughter died instantly.
Calmly, he said:
"My vote goes to Idris. And I ask all of you — give yours to him too."
Without another word, he turned and left.
Caelum leaned toward Samar and Riku, whispering:
> "If Drevan supports someone, it's not without reason. His mind is the sharpest among us."
They both nodded. Caelum turned to Idris.
> "Alright. We're in. But… don't betray us."
Idris smiled gently.
"Vote for me, or one among you — it doesn't matter. As long as we stay united… victory is ours."
Riku nodded. "No, man — this was your idea. You'll be our leader. We trust you. We're not like those kings. We're united."
The room changed.
They stood, shook hands with Idris — and in that moment, the foundation was laid…
for a new conspiracy, a new rebellion… a new rise.
