The Queen strikes back

Sugar's motorcycle rolled into the apartment complex, the engine's soft hum eventually dying as he parked and kicked down the stand. The sun had begun to dip lower in the sky, casting long shadows over the quiet streets. Senorita hopped off with practiced ease, her red hair falling in a cascade of waves. She tugged the helmet off her head, shaking her hair free, then tossed it back to him.

"Thanks," she muttered, her tone nonchalant but her eyes flickering with something more.

Sugar grinned, accepting the helmet without hesitation, his gaze lingering a little too long on her fiery locks. "No problem."

Senorita raised an eyebrow, crossing her arms as she leaned against the bike. "What's so funny?"

Sugar's smirk widened. "Nothing. I'm just surprised you actually said 'thank you.' Thought you'd just bolt off like a pissed-off cat."

Her eyes narrowed. "What do you mean by that?"

"Nothing at all," he teased, flicking his hair out of his eyes. "But you know... about yesterday-you really don't know how to kiss. If you need some lessons, I'm happy to provide them. No charge."

Senorita froze for a second, the boldness of his words striking her like a lightning bolt. She could feel her heart rate quicken, but she masked it with a sharp glare. "You pervert! How dare you-"

"Relax, relax," he interrupted, still grinning like he owned the world. "I just wanted to say you've got a lot to learn. But hey, I'm here for you."

The nerve! Her hands balled into fists, but before she could respond, he leaned in too close for comfort. Before she could even react, Sugar pressed a soft kiss to her cheek.

Senorita's face exploded in shock, her heart skipping a beat. She spun on her heels, instinctively bolting for the door. "Aaaaahhhhhhh!"

Sugar's laugh echoed in the fading light, the sound rich and carefree as he revved the engine and sped off, leaving her standing in the entryway, breathless and furious.

---

Inside, Senorita was a storm of emotions. She flung herself onto the couch, dramatically flopping back with a huff.

"Why are you screaming like a banshee?" Lake raised an eyebrow from across the room, looking unfazed as ever.

"Wasn't that Sugar just now?" Swan chimed in, her tone almost too sweet.

Senorita shot them both a glare that could've melted glass. "You girls wouldn't understand."

Lake, never one to be easily deterred, cocked her head. "Then explain. You vanished right after the bathroom break last night. Someone told us you went home sick, but you didn't even send a text. What happened?"

Senorita sat up, her posture stiffening. "Someone drugged my drink yesterday."

The room fell silent. Lake's jaw dropped, while Swan's eyes turned cold with anger.

"What?! Who would do such a thing?" Lake's voice was sharp, like a blade that cut through the tension.

Senorita's lips curled into a sneer. "It's obvious. Liliana. She's the only one with a grudge deep enough to do something like that."

A low growl rumbled from Swan's throat. "That bitch. She's about to get a lesson she won't forget."

Senorita stood, pacing the room with a dangerous glint in her eyes. "I'm going to find out who helped her. If it's her, I'm going to make sure she regrets it."

Lake raised a finger. "But... what if she denies it? We don't have proof."

Senorita's lips curled into a tight smile. "I'm doing some digging. But trust me, my gut says it's her. And once I confirm it, she's going down."

Swan nodded, her fists clenching. "We owe Sugar. God only knows what that witch's plan was."

"Oops," Lake murmured, a sudden thought hitting her. "Bad news incoming."

Senorita turned sharply. "What now?"

Lake pulled out her phone, tapping it a few times before holding it up. "There's a video on the school blog. It's titled, 'The almighty Senorita Leo becomes the latest plaything of our college sweetheart, Sugar Leo.'"

Senorita grabbed the phone from her hands and watched the clip with growing irritation. Her jaw tightened as she saw herself, , kissing Sugar. The camera's angle was deliberately unflattering, making it seem like she was more vulnerable than she had been. "Posted from an anonymous account," Lake muttered, already working her fingers across the screen.

Senorita's eyes narrowed as realization dawned. "Liliana. She's desperate to ruin me, but she's forgetting who I am." Her voice dropped to a venomous whisper. "She's going to regret this."

Swan raised an eyebrow. "Should we delete it?"

Senorita shook her head, a wicked smile curling on her lips. "No. We're flipping the narrative."

Lake hesitated. "How?"

Senorita's grin widened. "Upload my video from yesterday. The one where she's crying and begging Sugar. Caption it: 'At least I got the guy you were begging and crying for.'"

Swan cackled, practically slapping her knee. "Oh, this is going to be good."

Lake rolled her eyes but couldn't suppress a smirk. "Let's match those vibes, baby. It's time to teach Liliana that she's messing with the wrong girl."

"Exactly," Senorita said, giving her phone to Lake. "We're the queens of this blog now. Today? We're waging war."

---

By the time the bell rang for lunch, the entire cafeteria was buzzing. Students huddled around their phones, gossiping, whispering, and stealing glances at the screen.

Liliana's usual posse strutted in, heads high, their eyes scanning the room-but the moment they stepped foot inside, laughter erupted from all corners.

"Who are you laughing at?!" Malaya snarled, whirling around to face the crowd.

"The first dog has spoken," Swan announced loud enough for the entire cafeteria to hear, her voice dripping with mockery.

Lake's tone was pure mischief. "No, no. That's the first puppy. If she's a dog, then what would the real dog answer to?"

The entire room erupted in laughter, and Malaya's face turned crimson.

"Did you just call me a dog?!" she screeched, storming up to their table, fists clenched.

Lake simply sipped her drink, utterly unfazed. "Instead of barking here, you should check on your rejected dog-mother."

The laughter doubled in volume, echoing off the walls.

Preya shoved her phone in Liliana's face. "You're trending again, babe. Confessing your love to Sugar... ouch."

Liliana's face twisted in fury. "You bitch!" Malaya lunged, her hand aiming for Lake's face.

But Lake was too quick. She caught Malaya's wrist mid-air, her grip iron-strong, and with one swift move, slapped her hard across the face. The cafeteria gasped, and Malaya staggered back, stunned.

Senorita stood slowly, her eyes like lasers, trained on Liliana. "How does it feel, Liliana? Payback sting yet?"

The crowd parted as Liliana's fury blazed in her eyes. Without warning, she grabbed Senorita's hair, yanking it violently. Senorita's sharp intake of breath was drowned by the sound of their struggles.

Before anyone could blink, the two were locked in a full-on catfight. Hair flew, nails scratched, and the two women were a blur of fury.

Malaya and Preya tried to separate them, but Lake got in their way, pushing Swan back. A few vicious blows landed before the fight was broken up by an unexpected voice.

Senorita had the upper hand, she grabbed Liliana's hair and slapped her-again.

"Enough."

Senorita froze as Sugar's strong hands gripped her wrists, halting her in mid-slap.

"Let go of me!" she hissed, yanking her arm away, her eyes flashing with a mix of disbelief and frustration.

"I know you hate her," Sugar said coolly, "but why are you always the one to escalate things? She didn't do anything wrong."

"Are you kidding me? She drugged me! And now she's posting lies about me. I'm the victim here, not her!"

"But you have no proof," he replied coldly, his eyes narrowing in frustration.

Senorita's chest heaved as anger boiled over. "Then to hell with both of you!" she yelled, shoving past him, leaving the cafeteria in a storm of rage and unspoken tension.
