Mind of the Sage

Eric realized he was not in the right place to contemplate more. He, as always, preferred to meditate and ponder on his room. In addition, it would be more dangerous if evolved zombies would spot him and report to the Transcendent. 

He closed his eyes for a while and finally stood up once he opened them. He stretched his muscles. Once he felt reinvigorated, he sauntered to the West gate and returned to his residence…

After the meeting, Jasper and others returned to the intersection to patrol and clear more zombies. They also helped the unevolved to cross other houses. Earlier, they noticed a powerful attack inside the West gate, much more powerful than they had come across before.
