Be ruthless!

In the most luxurious hotel in the Dressrosa Kingdom, where all of the people had been hypnotized by Shinra, the three figures were eating their breakfast as they read the newspaper. 

"Doflamingo's ruins?" 

The title was easy to understand and clear, telling about what Doflamingo had done, including the truth behind the toys. 

Still, thinking of the ability of Sugar, Doflamingo's subordinate, Robin looked at Shinra, who ate his pastry, and said, "Say, Shinra, what do you think of Sugar?" 

Hobi Hobi no Mi. 

The Paramecia type of Devil Fruit could turn humans into toys. While this ability might seem weird, it had a fearsome effect that caused people to forget all the memories of those who had become toys. 

In other words, when someone was transformed into a toy, all the people in this world would forget them. 

This was a fearsome Devil Fruit since if one was forgotten, who could save them? 

Robin didn't think that the same miracle as how Shinra decided to take down Doflamingo would happen twice, so if possible, it was better for Shinra to take away Sugar's ability. 

Rubbing his eyes, Shinra shook his head. "I am almost at my limit. Let's wait till the Batto Batto no Mi, Model: Vampire first. As for Sugar, you don't have to worry. I have marked her." 

"That's good, then." 

Fortunately, Shinra had taken the Mato Mato no Mi from Vender Decken IX since it helped him to mark many of his targets, and let him know their locations when he wished to. 

Unlike Vender Decken IX, who couldn't develop the Mato Mato no Mi well, and lost the mark if he touched another, Shinra easily developed this ability and was able to mark more than one person, and even if he touched someone else, the mark that he had given to others wouldn't disappear. 

As for why Shinra could do all of this easily, he could only say it was because Vender never thought to improve the ability of Mato Mato no Mi, or in Vender's mind, the ability of Mato Mato no Mi was unable to be improved. 

Frankly, Shinra never thought to get the Mato Mato no Mi in the first place, as the potential of this ability was kind of edgy. 

The original use of this Devil Fruit by Vender was to make a mark on someone, then send anything that he wanted, especially weapons, toward the one that he marked to defeat or kill. 

Vender could use two marks, as he had two hands, one mark was for Shirahoshi, whom he had fallen, and the other was for the opponent that he faced. 

Shinra had improved the Mato Mato no Mi so that as long as he touched someone, those people would be marked forever, and it was almost impossible to erase that mark unless one had a strong Haki that made them able to erase all the effects of abilities on their bodies, but everyone, who he had touched, didn't have such a strong Haki, and even if they entered the ocean, it was meaningless as his ability wasn't limited by the ocean. 

Still, as for what he could do with the Mato Mato no Mi, let's think of that later, but as Robin had said before, the Hobi Hobi no Mi was a good ability, and it was a good way to control his enemies. 

When his enemies became toys that were forgotten by everyone and unable to do anything, as they saw that everything they had was taken by him, wasn't that the best revenge? 

"Also, if I take away her power now, all the eyes will be on me." 

"Well, that's true. Let's be patient." 

Shinra had just defeated Doflamingo, and while the news was hidden by the Marines and the World Government, the chaos on the Dressrosa Kingdom due to the fall of Sugar caused all the toys to return to their original form.

If somehow she lost her power, it would be unnatural, and even if the chance was low, as no one thought that it was possible to take away the Devil Fruit's power from others, but even if it was so low, one should be prepared. 

Yet, there was one question: why shouldn't Shinra just kill Sugar? 

As long as Sugar was killed, no one would be able to tell that he had taken away her Devil Fruit, especially if he turned her into a toy, which would make everyone forget about her. 

Inwardly, Robin knew that it was better for Shinra to be ruthless and just kill Sugar, especially since, despite her child-like appearance, Sugar was a devil who had fun, toying with people, turning them into toys as they were unable to do anything, as their loved ones forgot about them. 

So, why should Shinra hesitate? 

Was it because Sugar was a little girl? 

Was it because he didn't want them to see his ruthless side? 

Or, was it something else?

Still, Robin had to remind Shinra, saying softly. "Shinra, don't be merciful." 

"....." Shinra. 

"I am pregnant with your child." 

"..." Shinra. 

"Do we want our children to live at the mercy of others or be hurt by our enemies?" 

"...you are really pregnant?" 

"Yes." Robin sighed helplessly. "I think it will be weird if I am not pregnant when you poured so much semen inside me." Frankly, she didn't really want to get pregnant, especially when she thought of her childhood memory, as she lacked the memory of her family, and due to the Devil Fruit, she had no friends, and was even alienated by everyone. 

Even worse, the Ohara accident happened, which made her hell-like life even more horrible. 

Would their children like that? 

"More importantly, she might appear like a little girl, but she is 22 years old. She is an adult who has a responsibility to answer and accept all of the punishments for her mistakes." 

"...." 

Shinra stopped eating as he took a deep breath. 

Why was he confident to release Sugar, Doflamingo, and others without killing them? 

He did this because he believed that he would grow stronger, and as he grew stronger, the others would stick to their positions, especially when they were taken down inside the prisons, but even so, it would take a while for him to become an all-mighty being, and even if the chance was small, he should uproot all the possibilities his enemies would have to take revenge against him. 

Frankly, the Hobi Hobi no Mi was a good power, especially with Shinra's plan to take away the power of the true ruler of this world, the World Noble, and become the true ruler of this world. 

Shinra's goal was to colonize this world, so he should put away his emotions and empathy, especially toward women or children, and as Robin had said before, Sugar wasn't a little girl despite appearing like one. 

At the same time, Shinra felt that he was pathetic as he made Robin become the bad guy to force him to be merciless toward Sugar. 

"Wait here." 

"Thanks." 

As Robin showed her gentle smile, Shinra left, taking away the Hobi Hobi no Mi from Sugar and turning her into a toy, causing her to be forgotten by everyone before completely erasing her trace.
