Shivani, with tears in her eyes, tries to console Aditya, as he prepares to perform the last rites of his father, Abhay Ji. It's a moment of grief, but Shivani's words manage to calm him. As the final rites are performed, both siblings, Aditya and Shivani, are overcome with emotion. Their eyes, already filled with sorrow, begin to shed more tears as the fire consumes Abhay Ji's body. The flames seem to echo the torment of their hearts.
That night passes in silence, with nothing but the weight of the loss between them.
The next morning, Shivani heads to the LIC office to claim the insurance for the showroom that was destroyed in the fire. But to her surprise, the LIC officer denies her request, citing a suspicious cause for the fire. "This was not an accident," the officer asserts. "The wires were tampered with. It's clear that someone intentionally cut the wires, causing the spark. The fire was deliberate."
Shivani is taken aback. "But how could that be? It's impossible!" she exclaims.
The officer insists, "According to the insurance policy, we need to conduct a thorough investigation before releasing any funds. It's possible that the fire was set intentionally, perhaps for the purpose of claiming the insurance money. Such cases are not uncommon."
Shivani, now growing frustrated, responds, "This is absurd! Why would we destroy our own showroom? The loss is ours, too!"
She pauses and, trying to control her emotions, adds, "Look, I understand that you need to investigate, but we deserve to receive the insurance payout in a timely manner."
With a final glance at the officer, she storms out of the office, her mind racing with thoughts of the betrayal and manipulation surrounding her family.
Later that day, as she scrolls through her phone, an unknown video is sent to her via WhatsApp. When she opens it, her heart sinks. The video shows a scene that shakes her to her core. Her hands tremble as she watches, and the phone slips from her fingers, crashing to the floor. The sound of the phone hitting the ground wakes Aditya, who immediately asks, "Di, what happened?"
Without saying a word, Shivani calmly lays Aditya back down and tries to compose herself. But as she does, her phone rings again, and without checking the number, she quickly answers it. The voice on the other end is cold, mocking.
"Did you watch the video? How does it feel?" the voice sneers.
Shivani, her voice laced with anger, demands, "Who are you?"
The voice, calm and calculating, responds, "You still don't know who I am, do you? Well, let me tell you. But first, you'll have to come to me. Only then will I reveal my identity."
Shivani, her fists clenched, says with fury, "I'm not afraid of your threats. I'll go to the police and tell them everything you've done."
The voice laughs, unaffected. "Go ahead. Call the police. By the time you do, the video will have gone viral across the country."
Shivani, now shaking with fear and frustration, pleads, "What do you want from me?"
The voice hardens. "You'll come to me, or I'll make sure that video is seen by everyone. Do you understand?"
Shivani, breaking down in tears, falls to her knees. The weight of the threat overwhelms her. After a moment of sobbing, she stands up, determined. She knows she must face whatever awaits her at the address the caller gave her.
Arriving at the location, Shivani is greeted by two men—tall, intimidating figures. They gesture for her to enter. As she steps inside, she notices something strange: there's no one around, just a dark room. The silence is oppressive.
Suddenly, the voice of the man she's been hearing on the phone fills the air, coming from a television on the wall.
"Cover your eyes," the voice commands.
Shivani defiantly replies, "I won't do it. I want to see who you are."
The voice grows sharper, filled with venom. "You don't know who you're dealing with, girl. I'm someone you can't even imagine. Don't test me."
Shivani, no longer afraid, fires back, "You're not some saint. You're a monster—a rapist who preys on helpless women."
The voice, now filled with rage, orders, "Fine. Don't cover your eyes. But look carefully, because your brother's life is in my hands."
The screen lights up, showing a terrifying scene: two men holding a knife to Aditya's throat while he sleeps, unaware of the danger looming over him. Shivani's heart skips a beat.
In a panic, she rushes to the screen, crying out, "No! Don't hurt my brother! I'll do whatever you want!"
Trembling, Shivani grabs a black cloth from the side and ties it around her eyes, as instructed. The voice on the other end of the line laughs, a chilling sound that echoes through her soul.
"Good girl," the voice says, satisfaction clear in its tone. "Now remember, once the cloth comes off, there will be consequences."
Shivani's fear intensifies as she hears the sound of footsteps approaching, growing closer. Her heart pounds in her chest. The door creaks open, and she feels someone sit beside her, their presence suffocating.
The man's hand rests on her face, and he softly caresses her cheek. "Why are you so scared?" he whispers, a disturbing tenderness in his voice. "We've been intimate before, haven't we?"
Shivani recoils, disgusted and terrified, but the man continues to draw closer. His lips touch her, his hands roam across her body, stripping away her clothing.
