I'm just gonna put this here, this chapter basically introduces a special part, and where it will most likely go. Please have a bit patience with the 'true' quirks. Also, short extra note, i honestly have zero clue, if someone once already used such an idea, i originally had this for a one piece ff, but decided it could fit here as well, after i scrapped the interest for the one piece ff.
So, enjoy, i guess ;)

[User is facing critical emergency brought forth by a 'deviation'. Commencing with one-time emergency protocol, initiating 'stop']
As soon as this system notification rang out, the pressure seized instantly, or rather it seemed like it, because the fist of the Nomu simply stopped.
No, rather than just the fist, the whole Nomu froze.
[Emergency protocol 'stop' succeeded. Time will return to normal in five seconds.]
[Beginning safety protocol 'survival']
[Analyzing stored quirks… analyzing free quirk slots… analyzing extra functions… analyzing special issued rewards…]
[Options processing… 29%… 47%… 73%… 89%… 100%]
[Commencing with recommended solution, 'true quirk initiation', continue?]
Souta was originally shell shocked, but his mind, thankfully, continued working. Such a sudden approach seemed illogical, from the system's part, especially because it did not seem to hold any semblance of autonomous intelligence.
But, this didn't matter right now.
It were these moments that were already a gift, otherwise, by now he could already have been dead.
His regeneration could work wonders, but it wasn't perfect, had his head been completely destroyed his system would have most likely disappeared, along with the quirks.
This was the explanation Souta found for the sudden actions of the rather uncooperative system.
These thoughts of his only occupied a single second though, thanks to his enhanced mind. So, now he was sure, he needed to trust the system, since it was the only thing keeping him alive right now.
'Yes, continue!'
[Command received, commencing with 'true quirk initiation'.]
[Using special issued reward, Fusion card. Combining quirks: CryoPyre, One for All, Super Regeneration, Warp gate, High Spec… ERROR!]
[Correcting error… FAILURE!]

[Adding: 'Temperature abnormality absorption' to fusion process…]
[Fusion successful… further evolution paths available… continuing with the evolution process… using the stockpiled energy contained in Quirk: One for All…]
[…success.]
[True quirk: 'Mythical Birds' unlocked!]
[Status: incomplete! Please continue in amassing suitable additions]
[Using remaining energy of the safety protocol to switch 'Host' to temporary 'auto fighting' state!]
[Emergency Protocol 'stop' will end shortly]
'Mythical bird… like phoenixes, griffins, rocs, or thunderbirds? Interesting, guess I need to read up on them a bit, again.' Souta mused, having been put on the backseat anyway right now.
He wasn't necessarily worried about this, since he had no idea what the difference between quirks and 'true' quirks was supposed to be anyway, or what his was supposedly able to do now.
Nevertheless, before the time would begin again – something he somewhat still hadn't been able to fully accept – he wanted to see his system status at least once.
Therefore he opened it, before, it had very little use, if any at all, since it only displayed his name, quirks, and available slots for quirks.
[Name: Souta Todoroki]
[System functions: Copy and Paste, Lend]
[True Quirk: Mythical Birds +]
[Quirks: - ]
[Quirk Slots ?/?]
To say he was any smarter now, would be a definite lie. Somehow lend was apparently unavailable right now, or maybe even completely removed. His quirk slots didn't show anything besides question marks, as if even the system wasn't sure right now.
He really wanted to let out a sigh, but couldn't due to the time still being stopped. Just when he wanted to close it, he noticed the plus sign next to the apparent 'true' quirk, but didn't have the time to find out what it was about, because in the next instant, time began flowing again.
Souta began feeling the pressure of the Nomu's fist again, but something was off… it felt… significantly weaker.
And then, his body began to act.
What followed next, were multiple actions that appeared to occur in the same moment, with how fluid and fast they were executed.
At first, his body turned into pure azure flames. It wasn't that his body was coated in them, but rather that he truly became the flame.
Next, his previously free hand, which had – before the 'stop' happened – been trying to free his head and throat, moved abruptly downwards. Its form looked like a wing, if anyone would have been able to see it move.
His fiery wing attack had cut cleanly through the Nomu's arm.
After Souta's strike, there was a momentary silence, which did not just encompass the two individuals currently engaged in the fight, but it also included every person who had previously been trying to reach the boy in time.
Both, Endeavor and Mirko, were completely stunned in place. Behind them, other heroes like Fat Gum, Gran Torino and many more, also stood as still as statues. Inside of the crowd were also four young boys, Souta's classmates, Kirishima, Midoriya, Iida, as well as his brother Shoto, all with their eyes glued to his silhouette in midst the azure flames.
It took the *thud* of the Nomu's arm, as it hit the ground, to pull everyone out of their shock.
Even the Nomu, normally not reacting to anything out of the ordinary in any special way, simply looked towards the stump that remained from his right arm.
There, on that very stump burned a relatively small flame, compared to the rest of the fire that Souta was made up of, right now, but it was different. This flame, was not azure like the rest. No. It was a pure golden color, and remained at the point of impact.
Currently reduced to be a mere passenger, inside of his own body, tried his best to analyze whatever move his body did, 'So, now I could become the flames? It also seemed as if I could shape it differently, or is that just possible with specific forms? And now, that golden flame… it appears to stop the Nomu's regeneration. Is it simply too strong, or does it contain something else?'
Before coming to a conclusion though, Souta's body began moving again, this time, it was his whole body – or rather the whole mass of flames – that acted.
All of them together took on the shape of a bird, its shape resembling a peacocks, that was basked in azure flames, accented by golden feathers on its wings and tail.
An azure and golden Phoenix.
Everyone in attendance was mesmerized by this being of myths, and the mutant type heroes felt something else, reverence.
Mirko was no exception to this, all of them – if they had followed their 'animalistic instincts' – would most likely be on their knees, with their heads bowed low to the ground.
As for what this being did, when it had fully formed, the Nomu tried grabbing it at first with his remaining left arm, only for his palm to instantly begin to burn.
Shortly after the abomination ceded the resistance for a second, the beast of flames simply grabbed the Nomu's shoulders, and held onto them with its talons, before it began to ascend into the sky in a flash along with it.
The onlookers all craned their necks to try continue spectating what was going on. Endeavor and Mirko, at this point, were utterly confused and couldn't help but think nearly at the same time, 'What happened, and how do flames work now?'
Eventually, the phoenix managed to reach a height of multiple kilometers above the highest skyscrapers in the city, and when it did, its form began changing again. All while never letting the Nomu go, it became a living flood of flames that completely surrounded the artificial monster.
At this point, no one below had been able to see anything of it anymore, but the moment the flood had completely enclosed, everyone could see a bright azure light in the sky, before it seconds later disappeared again.
Every single onlooker waited with bated breaths, after the bright light had disappeared an even more deafening silence took place, with some even momentarily forgetting to breath.
Until, after a moment that felt like an eternity, a blue rain started to fall from the sky, exactly where Souta and the Nomu had previously stood. When enough of the blue fire had reached the ground, it began combining again, resulting in the form of Souta.
Luckily for him, this time, his Hero Suit held on.
It took a second for the shock to slowly dissipate, with Mirko being the fastest to snap out of it, shortly after followed by Souta's classmates, and then Endeavor as well.
Even then, it was Shoto, who unexpectedly spoke first, "Souta… your hair, and your eyes…"
That was also the moment when Souta heard another notification from the system.
[Threat caused by the 'deviation' has been neutralized. 'Auto fighting state' will now be lifted.]
In the next moment, his sight darkened abruptly, and his entire body began falling towards the ground.
Just as he was about to hit the ground, Mirko arrived and caught his body, before laying him down.
Before Souta completely lost his consciousness, he heard a voice talking to him, it sounded so heartfelt, he couldn't exactly make out who it was, "You have outdone yourself today, Axiom Peak. It was undoubtedly you, that has saved every single life here. You can rest now."
-----
Meanwhile, on a rooftop not too far away, from where the fight had previously taken place, two figures stood there and coldly looked down to where Souta had just landed on the ground again.
If Souta had been here, or any of the U.A. students for that, they could've recognized the two of them, as the previous attackers of the USJ incident, Shigaraki and Kurogiri.
Shigaraki, continued scratching his neck with clear distress, now visible on his face, "No! No, that's unfair! Why does he have such cheats?!"
"Indeed," that was the only thing Kurogiri answered to the rambling of the man child, right next to him, until he averted his gaze and turned around. Only when he had already opened the gate, did he look back, "We need to report what happened here to the master. The boy has, after all directly interfered in three incidents now, two of them just today."
"Tsk! Yeah, Sensei should know how to beat that damn cheater!"
