Cassie looked up at Adrian with happy eyes... It was that expression that made people give in most times but Adrian kept his cold expression, letting his internal self nose bleed "I thought we should go out to the mall, most of the clothes Cassie have aren't what I usually wear"

"Why not call Sophia to design something to your taste"

"I just want to go out"

Adrian looked at Cassie up and down, she was wearing a red sweatpants and black shirt, he sighed as his eyes locked on her puppy dog eyes, he couldn't help but use the back of his hand to cover his mouth, his eyes glitter slightly, if not for learning selfcontrol he would have hugged her and squeezed her tightly because right now she looked so cute,her small stature and all

During the car ride, Adrian stayed quiet,he was sitting at the back with Cassie who was busy talking to his mom... He focused himself with work through his laptop and phone but will occasionally glance at her who never spared him a glance,he couldn't help but recall what happened earlier

He had finished dressing and came downstairs,he found breakfast was ready and came to the dinning, Cassie came out of the kitchen and quickly rushed in front of him "oh my,you look so handsome today, it'll be hard to look away from you"

In the car now, Adrian scoffed at himself 'my mom had called before breakfast, you've been chatting with her since then and claimed it'll be hard to look away but it's almost an hour,do I look like a fool to you'

Yeah,he was sulking without showing it,he so badly wanted to take her phone away and throw it out the window but again,he was keeping his self control

'adrain you and me are the same, neglected by our Cassies' Adrian thought while saying this word to our Adrian

Through his memory he had seen how many times our Cassie had made our Adrian feel like he doesn't exist

They finally reached the mall and that's when Cassie ended the call with her mom, Adrian got out of the car,he was angry at Cassie so he didn't open the door for her like gentlemen do,when Cassie got out she saw Adrian just standing there "oh,you got out already?" Cassie asked, looking back inside the car "I thought you were still inside" Cassie added

Each words felt like an arrow to Adrian,he opened his mouth to speak but just sighed and started walking "let's just get things over with"

"Hey!,wait!" Cassie quickly rushed to his side

Everyone quickly bowed their head when Cassie and Adrian walked in,the both knew why,no one dared anger a business tycoon and her assistant but Cassie paid no mind to this and went on looking for clothes that suit her taste, high heels and gowns, skirts and shirt and bag

Adrian just went to sit down which shocked the workers and some regular customers who always saw them, because anytime Cassie came here, Adrian would follow her around like a clingy puppy

Adrian noticed this but didn't do anything,he wasn't going to pretend to be who he isn't

Cassie soon picked a lot of clothes that was to her taste,she knew Cassie was loaded and didn't mind spending cause she'll give away Cassie clothes that she didn't like

She went to try three of the clothes so she'll know what she would wear for the guest

She wore the first one and came to Adrian "how does it look"Adrian who was focused on his phone looked up
