Chapter 27: Whispers of the Unsealed

Scene: Deep inside the Temple of Time

The ancient temple glows faintly — sacred vines of divine energy weaving slowly across its broken walls, trying to heal themselves.

In the center, Haruto and Airi stand before the great seal — hands pressed against its trembling surface.

Faint memories swirl behind their eyes — not clear, but strong enough to rattle the soul.

Visions of wars fought in burning skies. Promises whispered in eternity. Hands held… and then torn apart.

Time God (weak, smiling faintly):

"You've done more than I expected... even without remembering who you truly are."

Airi (stepping forward, eyes shining):

"Just tell us what we need to do. You're not just a god to us anymore..."

Haruto (gripping the watch, voice steady):

"We won't let the Dark God win. No matter what."

A soft pulse shakes the air.

Their auras intertwine — the Watch and the Ring pulsing in perfect, heartbeat-like rhythm.

Time Maiden (calm and radiant):

"Place your hands together. The memories lost to time… will begin to stir if you do."

They glance at each other — then without hesitation, their hands meet.

BOOM.

A surge of ancient energy bursts outward.

Their souls are thrown back into flashes of forgotten lifetimes:

A great temple beneath the stars.

A blade of light forged by gods.

Two beings — Haruto and Airi — crowned in radiance.

A war that tore apart creation itself.

Haruto (staggered, breathing heavily):

"Did you… see that?!"

Airi (clutching her chest, voice trembling):

"It felt like... we were fighting side by side... in another world."

Before them, the Time God's broken form begins to mend.

The cracks across his body seal with golden light. His voice deepens — whole again.

Time God (steadier now):

"You've begun to heal me. Because you are beginning to heal yourselves."

"The first pieces of your real selves are awakening."

For a moment, hope shines in the temple like dawn.

---

But then—

A deep tremor rattles the earth.

Cracks shatter across the ancient seal.

The temperature plummets.

Kazuki (offscreen, his voice a mocking echo):

"So this is the bond that revived a dying god..."

Shadows flood into the temple.

The walls darken.

Kazuki materializes from the mist, his form darker, sharper — his aura pulsing violently like a twisted heartbeat.

Kazuki (grinning wickedly):

"You wasted all your time healing a relic of the past."

"Meanwhile... I've grown stronger."

"And I'm not here alone anymore."

Behind him — multiple dark rifts tear open.

From them pour beings — hideous, half-formed monstrosities, twisted fragments of something older and infinitely more dangerous.

Time God (urgently, shouting):

"RUN!"

"Those are not ordinary shadows... they are FRACTURES — broken pieces of the Dark God himself!"

Airi (horrified, whispering):

"He's already begun to break the ancient seal...?"

Time Maiden (clutching the Time God's shoulder, voice filled with sorrow):

"This is it. The beginning of the descent."

"The true war… has begun."

The shadows move closer.

Kazuki smiles, pure malice in human skin.

Haruto steps forward — his watch burning so hot it scorches the air around him.

Airi stands by his side — her ring glowing like a newborn sun.

Their fingers brush — a connection older than memory.

Haruto (whispering fiercely):

"Then we fight together."

"Like we were always meant to."

Their light flares in the darkness.

And the scene fades to black —

as the whispers of the unsealed world rise around them.
