My name is Lola, and I am, once again, recently single. This is the true-ish story of my dating escapades, misadventures, and emotional roller coasters. It’s the story of how I tried (and sometimes failed) to find love, but eventually found something even better: myself.



Some of these dates are real. Some have been lightly exaggerated for your entertainment (and my sanity). All names have been changed to protect the innocent, or the guilty, depending on who you ask.



I’m not here to pretend I’ve got it all figured out. I’ve made mistakes, I’ve been the red flag, and I’ve also waved it like a bullfighter in stilettos. But if sharing my disasters helps you avoid your own... or at least makes you laugh until you snort, then I’ve done my job.
