That night... inside Alan's room, which was in utter chaos as if a tornado had passed through, our revered hero sat on the floor, surrounded by piles of small, warm muffins. The magical ring on his finger glowed with a faint pink light.
Alan (laughing like a madman):
"Oh you sweet little circle of heaven… come to papa!"
As soon as he touched the ring with his middle finger, a hot muffin appeared and fell into his hand. He grabbed it... then another... then another. Dozens of muffins disappeared into his stomach as if it were a bottomless hell gate.
Alan (mouth full):
"This… this is what life's all about…"
Hours passed, and Alan kept eating relentlessly. At one point, his gaze froze… then his face turned a dark shade of green...
Alan (placing his hand on his stomach):
"Uh-oh…"
He ran to the corner of the room, and...
"Woooah!!"
The academy walls shook. The muffins came out as fast as they entered, maybe even faster! But the strange thing was... he immediately returned to the ring, panting.
Alan (wiping his mouth, laughing like a maniac):
"M-more... I need... more muffins..."
He kept eating as though nothing had happened, the cycle continuing. Kira, who happened to be passing by the hallway, heard the noises and knocked on the door, but Alan didn't respond.
Kira (from behind the door):
"Alan? What... are you doing in there?"
Alan (with a shaky voice):
"I'm living... my dream…"
Kira (sighing):
"You're gonna die of muffin overdose, idiot."
The next morning, the administration found him asleep on the floor, half of his face buried in a muffin, with the ring still on his finger, pulsing with light as if begging for mercy.
---
That night, Alan was once again in his room, sitting on the floor among the piles of muffins, continuing to eat the remaining muffins from the magical ring. He looked at the ring with love, as if lost in the ecstasy of the never-ending muffins.
Then suddenly, he heard a light knock on his window. He looked toward it, his eyes half-open due to the laziness and the weight he had gained from all the eating.
Alan (tired voice):
"Who's knocking at this time?"
He looked through the window to find Lithia, appearing as a shadow in the dark, her black wings fluttering gently, and her glowing red eyes sending mysterious glances toward him.
Lithia (seductively):
"Alan… come closer to the window… I have something special for you."
Alan, who had no idea of this demoness's ill intentions, stared at her in surprise, then raised an eyebrow in a rather clumsy manner. It didn't seem like he noticed anything unusual about the situation.
Alan (innocently):
"Uh, what's going on? You wanna come in?"
Lithia, trying to catch his attention, smiled a sly grin, her glowing eyes lighting up in the dark.
Lithia (softly):
"You don't know what you're missing, Alan. Come closer, let me show you the real world."
But Alan was still focused on the magical ring, looking at it with love, not paying any attention to her or her words.
Alan (unconsciously excited):
"Sorry, I'm busy… I'm in the middle of muffin heaven!"
Lithia, trying her best to make the situation more alluring, took another step. She tried to smile more seductively, and the sounds of her black wings made the atmosphere even more mysterious.
Lithia (playfully):
"Really? You're going to pass up a chance like this? I could make you feel better than those muffins ever could."
But Alan remained more focused on the food than anything else, even when Lithia tried to lure him into another world of temptations.
Alan (completely innocent expression):
"No thanks! Kinda busy right now… maybe later!"
Lithia was about to lose her patience, but then she suddenly stopped. How could someone be so uninterested in such an alluring offer? She stared at him for a moment, then smiled sarcastically.
Lithia (tauntingly):
"You're one of a kind, Alan… but don't think I'll be this patient forever."
Before she could give him a chance to respond, Alan returned to eating his muffins, oblivious to her threats and cryptic words.
Alan (laughing with abandon):
"Yummy… who needs more than muffins, anyway?"
Lithia, furious with his behavior, ascended into the sky quickly, leaving Alan in his room, still unaware of what had just happened.
---
After Lithia left in a hurry, Alan stayed sitting in his room, continuing to eat more muffins, indifferent to what had just occurred. But after a few minutes of continuous thinking, thoughts began to creep into his mind, one after another, like little sparks of light in the darkness of his mind.
Alan (quietly):
"Wait a minute… what did she mean by that? Was she… trying to seduce me?"
Minutes passed slowly, and his mind grew confused, as Lithia's words began to echo in his head, slowly forming and becoming clearer. Every word felt like an arrow piercing his heart.
Alan (shocked voice):
"OH MY GOD! I JUST… I JUST BLEW IT!"
Alan suddenly jumped from his spot, rushing to his window, shouting into the air as if blaming himself for missing the opportunity of a lifetime.
Alan (amazed, shaking his head):
"Why didn't I see that coming?! She was into me, and I blew it!"
He ran back and forth in his room like a cat chasing its tail, trying to grasp what had just happened. He seemed filled with deep regret, as if the whole world had collapsed on him.
Alan (with a heavy sigh):
"I could've had a chance with her… and I just… didn't get it. Stupid, stupid, stupid!"
After the storm of regret calmed within him, he sat on the floor, head bowed, thinking about the way he had lost that opportunity. But at the same time, new questions began to swirl in his mind.
Alan (deep in thought):
"But wait… wasn't she just trying to mess with me? Maybe it was just a trick."
And so, he continued in a spiral of thoughts, torn between regret and doubt, unable to decide whether he had truly missed a real opportunity or if Lithia had just been playing with his emotions.
Alan (another sigh):
"Guess I'll never know, huh?"
At that moment, he began to feel something strange... Was he going to continue thinking like this, or should he just move on? That moment was filled with confusion, but he also felt something else: something new beginning to grow inside him, something he may not have felt before.
