Troy didn't have time hunting each dungeons he would meet as Fifi said earlier! But he could have some skills drop by monsters on the other cities in here without going on each of them.

The next one cost 14,999. Its called Magic Coat. A defense magic skill that boost defense and magical penetration.

Troy clicked it buy after reading it. As long as its not a conflict on his interest. He would buy it.

Soon he reached 86 magic skills that cost 997,499 credits.

When he gave his ordered list, the cashier was shocked as she looked at me with a confused look.

How could she wouldn't be confused?! It was her first time someone's buying skill books in bulk!

The cashier looked at the young man fleeing at her with his embarrased looks.

"Yikes! That young man is handsome but also stupid. How come he didn't know how?!"

Troy is currently standing inside on the elevator. He already clicked the top most floor as he waited inside.

This floor is where they sell intel reports.

Virtual House is the most powerful among these group as the power behind them is Virtual Camp.

They sell real time information the coming in from different cities. They're like the news station of olden times.

They also mastered the unique Teleportion Formation.

But what Troy wanted is what he needed most.

World's Real Time Reports. Current events. Monster Encyclopedia. Etcetera, etcetera.

There are many things Fifi wanted me to collect these.

Troy looked at him with troubled expression. He looked down a moment and looked at the man.

"Since you could answer what questions I could ask, could you give me the best advice for me?"

Troy smiled mischievously at him but the man didn't even blinked for a second as if Troy wasn't pranking him. Instead, the man smiled and grinned at him.

"That's easy young man. Even if you didn't tell me, I could say you came from a poor family. Your background shouldn't high enough, or should I say, no one's backing you. Since you're asking me an advice, you don't have an idea for what should be your next step."

"I'll give you an advice then. 2 months from now, a genius tournament would take place on every city simultaneously. Likewise, our Blue Pupil City would commence this event. 5 months from now, every city's top 3 geniuses chosen in this tournament could join the annual competition and fight the top place."

"But this competion would be different this time."

The man gave Troy a looked with mysterious grinned as if he knew something but they don't. Troy was caught in this as he asked for more and continue his deliverance.

"What's the different this time?"

"Its time to recruit new blood. The three factions this time would open their vaults and would gave a rewards that past rewards won't even compare to it. Just for top 100 reward in this competition, the top factions would give them inner court-level clan tokens of union clan factions and directly accepted as outer courd disciples of the top 3 factions of the world!"

Troy gave a fear stricken face as heard the rewards for just taking a spot on top 100. An inner token of the top 3 factions have many uses even just owning it!
