Good show

In the arena, Will thrust his short sword forcefully toward the giant's chest. However, due to the giant's swift reflexes, before Will could land his strike, the giant swiftly grabbed him in his massive hand.

"You little thing, you look quite delicious," the giant said, holding Will up to his face.

The giant then opened his mouth and began to slowly swallow Will.

"Ahh!!" Will suddenly screamed, and with a jolt, he shot up, his eyes wide. He realized he was still in the room, not fighting the giant—what he had experienced was merely a dream.

"Did you have a nightmare?" Lisa asked, glancing at Will as she ate the breakfast that the room's guard had brought in.

"Mm... mm!" Will nodded vigorously, sweat dripping down his forehead.

"It seems like you're quite nervous," Lisa observed.

"Yeah... I dreamt that I was eaten by a giant," Will said seriously.

"Hey, hey, hey, I'm still eating my breakfast!" Lisa put down the bread she had been about to eat, frowning at Will.

"No, sorry. What's wrong with Jin?" Will pointed at Jin, who was slumped over the table.

"He's probably struggling to come up with a plan. It's likely causing him great discomfort," Lisa remarked.

"Is that so?" Will slowly leaned closer to Jin's side.

"Snore... snore... snore..." Will heard the unmistakable sound of snoring emanating from Jin's mouth.

"He's... he's clearly asleep!" Will said, exasperated.

"Ahh!!" Will suddenly stood up and, mimicking the giant's voice, bellowed loudly beside Jin.

"Who! What!?" Jin immediately sat up, startled.

"Jin, didn't you say you were thinking of a way to deal with the giant?" Will asked, puzzled.

"Uh... I've got it! I've figured it out!" Jin mumbled, his expression dazed.

"What's the plan?" Will asked eagerly.

"Well... it's more of a guess than a solid plan. Come closer, both of you," Jin whispered, his hands resting on the table.

Will and Lisa both leaned in closer, and Jin quietly shared his speculation. At that moment, the door to their room suddenly creaked open again.

"Did you hear that clearly?" Jin glanced at the door as it opened, his voice a hushed whisper.

"Mm." Will responded affirmatively, and Lisa nodded as well.

...

"Alright, ladies and gentlemen in the stands, once again, we present to you the champions of two consecutive victories: the Destroyers!" The gnome's voice rang out from the podium, as usual. But today, there was an unfamiliar presence beside him. A middle-aged man, clad in simple armor, sat lazily, resting his head on his right hand. His other hand adorned a ring set with a purple gem. His right eye bore a scar, and he gazed at the arena with a disinterested expression.

"Yay!" The crowd erupted in thunderous applause.

"Wow, looks like we're really popular," Jin muttered, glancing around at the cheering spectators, clearly surprised.

"Heh heh heh, that's because there are only the three of you left in the arena now," the gnome said with a wicked grin.

"What?" Jin suddenly felt a sense of ominous foreboding.

"Ah, because the others were all killed by your opponent today, heh heh heh," the gnome continued, his smile twisted in malice.

"Now, let me introduce your opponent for today—the Cave Giants, brothers Luke and Finch!" The gnome shouted excitedly.

No sooner had the gnome finished speaking, the massive arena gates began to slowly lower, and the heavy, thunderous footsteps once again echoed from the dark room beyond the barriers, identical to those they had heard the day before.

Then, a massive, thick leg emerged from the darkness and stepped into the arena. As the giant's enormous, wall-like body followed, the two heads of the giant emerged last, each one bearing a single eye and no hair. Their teeth were sharp, resembling that of wild beasts.

"I've told you countless times, I'm the older brother, Finch is the younger!" the right head of the giant roared, its massive hand pounding the arena wall in anger.

"Ah... Ah... sorry, I meant Finch is the older brother," the gnome stuttered, nearly losing his balance as the arena walls trembled violently.

"Brother, he always gets it wrong, is it because I look more like the older one?" the left head, Luke, said with a sincere tone to the right head.

"Luke, you idiot, what nonsense are you talking? Him always getting it wrong means he's just as much of a fool," Finch growled angrily, slapping Luke's head with his large hand.

"Hmph!" Jin chuckled softly at the sight of the arguing giants, a confident smile crossing his face.

"Truly... enormous... seeing it up close like this is so overwhelming," Will said, swallowing hard as he stared at the gargantuan giant before him.

"Ah, Lord Pix, everything is ready. Shall we begin the show?" The gnome turned and asked the middle-aged man seated lazily at the podium.

"Ah, go ahead," the man known as Pix answered with a languid tone.

...

"Who is that man talking to the gnome? I don't think I've seen him before," Will asked, curiosity in his voice.

"Pix. I didn't expect him to show up," Jin muttered, his gaze fixed on the man on the podium.

...

"Alright! The match begins now!" the gnome announced loudly.

As soon as the gnome's words echoed through the arena, Jin swiftly drew the crossbow from his back and dashed toward the left side of the arena.

"Whoosh!" Jin fired an arrow at the giant. However, the arrow flew past the giant without striking him.

"Ah! Brother, someone's shooting at us with a bow!" Luke, the left head, yelled to Finch.

"Where?" Finch asked.

"There! Over there!" Luke pointed toward Jin's position.

"You idiot giants! Come at me if you dare!" Jin shouted boldly at the giant.

"You damn little pest! Luke, let's catch him!" Finch growled at Luke, starting to charge toward Jin. However, their movements were so poorly coordinated that they appeared clumsy and slow.

"Step with your right foot first, Luke, you fool," Finch barked angrily.

"But brother, you should have said that earlier," Luke replied innocently.

"Lisa! Stick to the plan!" Jin shouted loudly to Lisa, who stood still. Lisa nodded and quickly ran toward the right side of the arena, with Will following closely behind her.
