Centuries ago, humanity thrived under a powerful kingdom called Hyaelar, ruled by a legendary warrior-king. But the king grew obsessed with power beyond death — and found it in the Vortex, a cosmic source of corruption and transformation. When he tried to bind it, it didn’t submit. It invaded.

The king became the Vortex King, a reality-warping tyrant. His mind broke. The world broke with it.

Civilization collapsed.
