He hadn't noticed any great initial changes in his body upon receiving his master's bloodline and constitution, mainly because he had fallen two cultivation stages.

But now, returning to his original cultivation, he felt the change immediately. His power was in no way inferior to that of someone at the seventh stage of the Qi Refinement Realm.

Calming himself, he sat back down, closing his eyes for a brief moment and circulating the energies inside him.

This new Qi danced around the lightning Qi, and slowly they merged.

Their double dance becoming solitary as the silver mixed with the deep blue. And then, a single Qi remained - a blue dotted with silver threads and surrounded by tiny electric sparks.

After long minutes, Qingyi found himself lying on the ground.

His chest was heaving up and down, his body was drenched in sweat and his clothes were torn.
