Komi Kisaragi, a 17-year-old coder girl with mad social anxiety, beta-tests a VR MMORPG for extra cash. One glitch later, she wakes up inside the game, but not as a player—she’s logged in as “Princess Beta,” a super-rare NPC class that was scrapped during development.
