When everyone heard what Paige said, even those lying on the ground pretending to groan couldn't keep pretending anymore.

They quickly got up and rushed toward Paige.

They could fail, but they would never surrender to the enemy.

Especially not to those damned PN Soldiers.

Everyone started a new round of fighting again.

As soon as anyone caught their breath, they rushed toward Paige.

Until they truly couldn't get up anymore.

No matter what Paige said, they just couldn't get up.

Paige didn't hit them in the face, so there were no visible injuries.

But the pain, they really felt it deep in their bones.

Actually, if someone had lifted their clothes to check, they wouldn't have found any injuries at all.

If they went to see a doctor, they might get kicked out.

Little brats must be faking it, clearly looking fine but yelling about pain.

Paige told her assistant, "Watch them crawl out later. If anyone stands up, beat them until they can't stand and have to crawl out."

"Yes," the assistant answered loudly.

Paige went to eat.

It was already mealtime, no need to stay and watch a group of people crawl like dogs.

She didn't have that kind of interest.

Because of Paige, she and Ely, Winn, and Uziel were able to openly have a private meal.

Normally, Ely and the other two ate with the soldiers.

Now following Paige was the same as following a leader.

The food was the same, and so was the cook.

The only difference was one side had big pot meals, the other had stir-fried dishes.

After the four of them finished eating, Paige went to their usual training ground to check the three's training progress.

Winn was very good at shooting, especially with sniper rifles.

Even though he hadn't trained long, he could basically hit every target now.

Uziel was better at hand-to-hand combat, and also at assembling and repairing equipment.

Even though he hadn't touched guns or vehicles before,

As long as Uziel disassembled a vehicle, he could put it back together perfectly.

Now, if he had seen the inside or taken apart a vehicle before, he could reassemble it even if someone else took it apart.

He could even accurately tell which parts were missing.

As for unfamiliar and very precise equipment, he couldn't restore it 100%.

In the unit, every cannon, vehicle, even tanks, had been taken apart by Uziel.

He even fixed a vehicle that had been sitting in the warehouse for a long time.

The reason was, one screw was the wrong model.

After assembly, the car's sound was always off, even though every part seemed fine.

Because of that, the car stayed unused in storage. They were afraid it might break down while being driven.

As for Ely,

Because he was still young, he was developing in all areas.

Besides training, half of his time was spent in theory classes.

Even though it would take more time, once he mastered it all, he'd be more well-rounded than the others.

Winn and Uziel just had different strengths.

They all had to learn the basic skills.

Like Winn, though he was good at shooting, he still had to study hand-to-hand combat, equipment repair, and vehicle driving.

Uziel was the same.

He couldn't hit targets every time, but after the recent training, he was already one of the top shooters in the camp.

In a little while, the two would start learning how to fly planes.

They didn't need to be experts, but they had to know how to fly.

Just in case something urgent happened and they needed it.

Paige was quite satisfied with their training results.

Now, there was no sign left of the two being just farm boys.

Instead, they were replaced by two tough guys who had received professional training.

Their already good bodies became even more defined.

Paige was originally helping Uziel with his shooting posture.

But while she was guiding him, her hands started to wander a bit.

It felt really nice.

"Ahem!" Uziel coughed awkwardly twice.

They were out in public, and Ely was right there too.

If she wanted to touch, she could do that at home later. Then, she could touch wherever she wanted.

Paige wasn't the type to be shameless.

She immediately got back on topic and began teaching seriously again, as if the person who had just been daydreaming wasn't her at all.

The four of them chatted a little longer, then went back to their separate training.

Paige also needed to go check on those young guys to see if they had recovered.

They still had to continue in the afternoon.

She had promised that there would be no training today and that the time would be used for them to challenge themselves.

As the head instructor, she had to keep her word.

Then a group of young guys who had just barely recovered got beaten up by Paige again all afternoon.

This time, she didn't hit as hard.

At least she didn't give them any reason to lie on the ground and cry.

For the first time, the soldiers realized that their usual intense training wasn't actually that bad.

They swore never to complain about how hard it was again.

What was so hard about it? It was actually kind of easy.

At least after a full day of regular training, their bodies didn't feel like this.

No, wait, now their entire bodies ached all over.

When it was time to finish for the day, Paige left work feeling refreshed.

As for the remaining tasks, wasn't there still an assistant for that?

What were assistants for? To help the head instructor, obviously.

Whatever the head instructor didn't feel like doing, the assistant had to help with.

So after beating them up, Paige simply left.

As for whether they'd be able to get up for training tomorrow? That wasn't even a question.

If this little bit of exercise left them unable to get up, then they definitely needed more training. They had to push harder.

That night, the five of them went home together again.

Winn and Uziel had basically learned everything they needed to.

The previous intense training was just for quick progress.

Next, they just had to reinforce what they'd learned and study more theoretical knowledge.

As for the reinforcement and theory lessons, they didn't even need to work overtime at night.

Actually, not just the instructors teaching them, but even Commander Ye and the others were amazed at the progress Winn and Uziel had made.

The training plans were tailored to each person's physical condition.

If the two of them couldn't handle intense training, they would've slowed things down.

But who knew they seemed to have no limits?

Even when they looked completely exhausted by the end of the day, like dogs that had been run ragged, the instructors thought they had finally reached their limit and would come back sore and tired the next day.

But the next morning, the two of them would show up full of energy, as if yesterday's fatigue was just a dream.

It was like they hadn't even used their full strength.

So the instructors kept teaching more and more.

Winn and Uziel had never gone through formal training before.

They thought this was just how everyone was taught.

They didn't want to fall behind or make the instructors think they were dumb, so they gave it their all, studying and training nonstop.

They didn't even dare to complain.

The two of them were actually really glad that they had Paige, their capable teammate.

Otherwise, as late learners, they really wouldn't be able to keep up with everyone else's pace.
