Chapter 32: The Confrontation

Lucas's confident smirk faltered for the first time as Aiden stepped into his apartment like a storm ready to tear everything apart.

"Lucas," Aiden's voice was sharp, low, dangerous. "I know what you did."

Lucas set down his whiskey glass, casually crossing his arms. "I saved your life. Shouldn't you be thanking me?"

Aiden's jaw tightened. "You manipulated Yuuto. You forced him to leave me. You cornered him when he was vulnerable."

Lucas walked slowly, circling Aiden like a predator. "And yet… he stayed with me. He let me touch him. He cried my name."

Aiden's fist slammed into Lucas's face, sending him stumbling back. Blood trickled from his lip, but Lucas just licked it off with a twisted grin.

"I don't care how many nights you've touched him," Aiden growled, grabbing Lucas by the collar. "His heart has always been mine."

Lucas's smirk deepened. "But will he come back to you now… after what we've done? Can you still take him, knowing I've had him… over and over?"

"Watch me."

Just then, a soft voice broke the heat of the moment.

"Aiden…?"

Both men turned.

Yuuto stood in the hallway, his oversized shirt slipping off one shoulder, his skin still marked from Lucas's touch, his eyes wide with shock and guilt.

"Aiden… why are you here…?" Yuuto's voice trembled.

Aiden's chest heaved. His entire soul ached just looking at him.

"I came to bring you home."

Yuuto's lip quivered. "You can't… I can't… if I come back, you'll—"

"I know everything," Aiden cut him off, stepping closer. "The accident. The blood. The deal. I know."

Yuuto's knees buckled.

"You knew… and you still came?"

"I would rather die tomorrow holding you," Aiden whispered, voice shaking, "than live ten more years without you."

Tears flooded Yuuto's eyes.

Lucas's jaw clenched. "You think he'll just come running back after he's been in my bed?"

"I don't care," Aiden said, eyes locked on Yuuto. "Even if you gave him every pleasure, even if you made him scream your name—his soul never belonged to you."

Aiden held out his hand.

"Yuuto… come home."

Yuuto's heart tore in two.

His body still tingled with Lucas's touch. His lips still remembered their heat. But his soul… his soul was aching to run into Aiden's arms.

Lucas whispered behind him, "Stay with me… I can give you everything. Comfort. Love. Pleasure. I won't make you choose."

But Yuuto knew.

This was his choice.

The man who seduced his body… or the man who owned his heart.
