A month had passed and half of the village were finished with its construction.

Thanks to the martial arts passed to those who participated for the village's security and hunting team, their strength has risen and has been refined enough to the level of veteran stage, the same stage that Lilith had.

Ciro's talent had bloomed with the knife, his agile physique allowed him to enter super human speeds while Ael grasped the message of the martial art passed to him, giving him the strength and will to fight even under immense pressure.

Ri-hyun sat on a tree while gazing at the sky.

"My lord, the people wish to show you something."

"What is it?"

Ri-hyun jumped down.

"Please follow me."

Ael lead him to the other side of the mountain, where a small manor stood at the side of the mountain, supported by beams to keep it from falling.

"The people built this house so that the lord doesn't have to sleep on the tree anymore."

Ri-hyun observed the exterior, from the roof to it's walls and windows. Everything felt like from his former world.

"Let's go inside."

Ri-hyun took the lead.

He observed the eastern design interior that reminded him of his own home, just slightly larger due to being a small manor.

He smiled with satisfaction and gratitude.

"Thank you."

Ri-hyun said.

He felt an ounce of his pain was washed away.

"Let's go, I need to show my gratitude to the villagers."

Meanwhile, in the branches of the Nyx Cartel, located at every slums of the kingdoms and empires felt a worrying unease after only receiving silence from the main headquarters of the cartel which was brought down by Ri-hyun.

They sent their forces towards the Mara mountains, to investigate the matter, ignoring the eyes of the securities of the nations.

After a heartwarming feast prepared by Ri-hyun, he continued to sit at the top of the tree where he always rested and watched the stars of the night sky.

Ael sat under the tree, waiting Ri-hyun's command while Ciro used his agility to clean the manor.

"How are the watch towers I told to place."

"The watch archers squad are on standby my Lord."

Ri-hyun ordered a construction for hidden watch towers to be built near the main road that passes through the mountains, to maintain vigilance and the village's security.

Ri-hyun opened his system panel with his thoughts alone.

"Ever since the stat points allocation, I felt like I have gotten stronger. To think such a power exist in this world."

Soon after, the quiet night was filled distress as multiple watch towers fired a signal flare arrow.

"What's happening?"

"It seems that unknown forces are entering the mountain my Lord... From different roads leading to the mountains."

"Take the lead Ael, you must learn as the leader to take charge of the people."

"Yes my Lord!"

Ael ran down from the peak and gathered the hunters inside the village to ready themselves.

Arrived the Nyx's branch forces all from different countries.

"Step away slaves, we came here to deliver a message to lord Kaiser."

A man clad in leather black clothing that resembled a mercenary's clothing.

Ael stood in front and faced the man.

"Kaiser is dead, turn back before we let you join those bastards."

The man raised his sword.

"I will cut off your head for slandering the leader."

The man swung his sword but was surprised.

"You blocked it with your arm?"

"Hunters! Clench your fist and take the enemy's heads as proof of victory for our Lord Ri-hyun!"

Ri-hyun watched from above, watching the battle unfold between the former slaves and their enemy.

Ael shouted, utilizing his internal energy to numb the pain.

"These bastard! What-?"

Ael grabbed the blade of his sword and didn't allow him to pull back.

The man immediately let go of his sword and grabbed his knife from his pocket and unleashed his veteran stage aura.

"I'll take your head then make your friends pay for the slander!"

"Huh?"

Ael took a stance and filled his fist with an inextinguishable fiery rage.

And launched it towards the man.

The man tried to block it with his aura but it broke through, causing his fist to make contact with his face.

The man flew away from the mountain and fell. All the captains that saw the scene immediately ignored the hunters fighting them and charged towards the visibly exhausted Ael.

As they went up, their momentum was immediately destroyed by a movement similar to thunder.

"You can do it Ciro!"

Ri-hyun shouted from above, shifting all the captain's attention on him.

"M-my lord!"

Ciro said with fear but with a spark of confidence and determination.

"Finish this guy first."

"I'll head to the person they call lord."

"Hoh, to think he'd immediately grasp that technique."

Ciro merged the knife with his energy and threw it with precision, just like the headshots he threw with rocks at Lilith.

The knife struck the captain's head like a bolt of lightning, fast and unavoidable.

Using his energy in the knife, he used it to pull back the knife to his hands.

"Sir Ael! Please get yourself together or else their numbers will break through!"

Ael immediately regained his standing and clenched his fist.

"I'll leave the captains to you, I'll help the other hunters."

Ael ran to the help the hunters.

The hunters and the forces of the remaining Nyx Cartel fought each other neck to neck. The hunters being able to fight 5 of them showed the effect of their training.

But their numbers soon increased, causing them to be overwhelmed by their numbers.

"Die you piece of shi-"

The man's head flew off from Ael's kick.

"Stand up, our lord is watching, he expects our victory."

"Of course, I only tripped you know."

He stood up beside Ael.

With the appearance of Ael, the tide of the battle has been flipped upside down.
