"Grandpa’s health has been getting worse lately," Grandpa Lance said, seated between Lynn and Feli. "I think it’s time for me to retire from the company. Someone else should take over."
"You can stay in Jakarta with Mom. Let us take care of the company for now. We’ll start searching for someone truly competent to take your place," Feli said as she looked into his eyes.
It was indeed time to find a successor for Sudarmaji Company’s Italy branch. But they hadn’t found the right person yet. They couldn’t just put anyone in charge—it would take time, and some serious testing.
"We already discussed it with Dad. He agreed. We’ll follow the company’s procedures to find the right replacement," Evan added, coming down the stairs.
"For now, let me and Feli handle the Milan branch," said Brucce.
"And what about Lynn?" Evan asked. "Are they supposed to be apart?"
"Well… maybe just for a while," Brucce said.
