I couldn't help raising a brow since I had seen the way that she acted around the archbishop, but I didn't tease her too much.

She was the saintess of the church, so it was only natural that she would have some kind of influence among those that were a part of the church.

Instead of pushing this matter, we followed the bishop to a set of doors that were in the basement of this church.

There was actually a long set of winding stairs that led down to this place, which actually seemed a bit overkill. It really seemed like this place was far removed from the rest of the church with how deep it was.

But that was also important considering how there was one of the hero's relics in this place.

This was something that was very precious and needed to be guarded carefully after all.

So it only made sense that it would be in a secure place deep in the ground.
