As long as the diary entry exceeds 1,000 characters, the reward can be claimed right after midnight the next day.

However, Huo Yuhao wasn't so impatient as to stay up all night. After finishing his journey and sleeping until he naturally woke up, he opened the diary again the next morning.

Now, seeing that he suddenly might abandon the plan to join their academy, that shock quickly turned to panic.

"No, Huo Yuhao! How can you not come? The Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineering Academy needs you!"

A second later, the diary updated again, and what they read made them both breathe a deep sigh of relief.

[Fine, fine. I'll stick to the plan and enroll at the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineering Academy.]

[After all, based on my analysis, my emergence as the Child of Destiny isn't just to help Douluo Continent break free from the oppressive grip of the Divine Realm. It's also to stop the endless infighting among its people.]

Seeing this, Meng Hongchen and Juzi both relaxed. But the two princesses from the Star Luo Empire and Heaven Dou Empire were visibly upset when they read that Huo Yuhao considered the Sun Moon Empire the "meta choice."

"Why the hell is the Sun Moon Empire the meta choice? The Star Luo Empire (Heaven Dou Empire) is just as good, okay?!"

Vina was more composed—after all, Huo Yuhao had never had anything to do with the Heaven Dou Empire.

But Xu Jiujiu was another story. She had already investigated Huo Yuhao's identity and knew he was Duke Dai Hao's third son.

However, because his mother had been cruelly oppressed and Dai Hao basically acted like Huo Yuhao didn't exist, never once acknowledging or helping them, there was no familial affection—only deep hatred.

Now, this boy, the Child of Destiny, had decided to join the Sun Moon Empire without hesitation.

Xu Jiujiu clenched her teeth in frustration and muttered:

"It's all that bastard Dai Hao's fault!"

Just as she was about to curse out Duke Dai Hao, the diary updated again, diverting her attention entirely.
