"You ... What are you?" Lucas asked, staggering back as Devon approached with slow yet heavy steps. 

He glanced back to see where he was going but it was dark. So dark that he could stumble on anything but he wanted to get away. 

This man, who was walking towards him with glowing red eyes and masking his evil intentions with a smile, was extremely dangerous. 

"What do you think, Lucas?" Devon asked and raised his hand, licking the red liquid that was dripping from his soaked fingers and dripping hand. "What do you think I am?" 

Lucas's pupils dilated, shaking from fear. This man... He was not the man he knew. He was a demon.
