After finishing the meeting, Marvin Mitchell returned to his office, where the HR manager came in to report on personnel changes.
"Marvin, the personnel adjustments have been arranged. We've also brought in new talent from abroad. However, some departments still have vacancies, and we'll start recruiting tomorrow. Our research lab is the most understaffed, but the overseas project can't spare any people for now."
The development of the new drug was time-consuming and labor-intensive. The overseas project had been ongoing for three months and was only a third complete.
"Take your time finding the right talent for this. There's no rush. We must ensure the safety of the new drug," Marvin instructed before calling in his secretary. "Prepare some gifts. I'm visiting the Riley Family today."
