The wind howled like an ancient spirit, whispering forgotten truths as it whipped through Nora's hair. She stood alone atop Storm Cliff—the very place her mother had once brought her as a child, where legends were whispered into lullabies.
But tonight, the sky wasn't peaceful.
Thunder crackled like a war drum. The sea below churned with a fury that didn't match any storm forecast. Something ancient was awakening.
Behind her, Peter Musyoki arrived, panting. "You shouldn't be out here."
Nora didn't turn. "I had to come. I dreamed of this place last night. A voice kept repeating: 'Where the wind splits the sea, truth will be born from ruin.'"
Peter frowned. "Sounds like a prophecy."
Nora finally turned, her eyes haunted. "Or a warning."

Victor scanned the ancient documents recovered from an old black market library linked to the Silent Order. Most were nonsense—coded myths and metaphysical riddles. But one scroll, written in ancient Tavaran dialect, caught his attention.
"When the Flame walks in mortal skin, and the Healer remembers the storm, the world shall split in three: the old, the awakened, and the broken."
His eyes narrowed. "The Healer…"
"Nora," he whispered.
Suddenly, Linda burst in. "Sir, you need to see this—satellite imaging picked up anomalies over Storm Cliff."

The ground rumbled beneath Nora's feet. She took a cautious step back as a jagged crack formed across the rocky ground, glowing with eerie blue light.
Then—a flash.
For a moment, the storm clouds above parted, revealing not the moon, but a radiant silver eye burning across the sky.
Peter gasped. "That… that's not natural."
Nora's fingers trembled. "No. It's a memory. I've seen that before. When I was little, after my mother disappeared."
Without warning, the air grew dense. A column of lightning struck a stone outcrop ahead, splintering it—but from within the cracked stone, something pulsed.
A box. Ancient. Metallic, with symbols that danced across its surface.
Peter moved forward, but Nora stopped him. "It's meant for me."
As her hand touched the box, the storm stopped. Silence.
Then a voice whispered through the wind, not to her ears, but into her very bones.
"The storm you fear is not the one in the sky… it's the one in your blood."

The elder opened her eyes. "The seal has been touched."
Another member trembled. "Then the girl remembers."
"She must not open the box fully," the elder said coldly. "Or we all perish."

Victor watched the storm fade.
Nora's image flickered on the screen.
"She found it," he murmured. "Whatever this prophecy is… she's now in the center of it."
He turned to Eli, who had just entered.
"Time to accelerate our plans. Before the world splits in three."
