Tiffany shrank back suddenly and leaned against the cold wall. She seemed to hear Mia's angry footsteps.
She was really scared, because it was she who came up with the idea of Julie and William going to Martha to make trouble. Now Tiffany came to the door, and Lambert didn't stop them?
No, if she continued like this, she would be killed by Mia before Lambert could face her existence.
She hurried to the guest room, changed into pajamas, wet her hair, washed her face, made herself look like she had just come out of the bathroom, and ran into Lambert's bedroom.
"Mia, listen to my explanation." Lambert followed Mia and explained in a panic. He knew Tiffany was at his house, but he didn't know Mia would come.
"Why do you want to explain to me? You don't think I came here to eat your jealousy?" She snorted coldly, and Lambert couldn't stop her at all.
In two minutes, Mia had already reached the third floor.
Tiffany was seen wearing pajamas, disheveled, with most of her shoulders exposed, and the beautiful spring scenery on her chest was vaguely visible. She was walking out of Lambert's bedroom with her face covered and her head down, her left hand still on the door handle.
"Lambert, Mia?" Tiffany pretended to be panicked and shouted in disbelief. Her body trembled slightly, and the pajamas jacket slipped off her body, leaving only the knee-length suspenders inside. "I'm sorry, I really didn't mean it."
She squatted down tremblingly like a harmless little white rabbit, picked up the clothes from the ground, and it was not right to wear them or not wear them. She just stood there with the clothes in her hands, looking at Lambert pitifully, biting her lips and looking aggrieved.
"You are really an expert in acting." Mia disdained what she did. Before she made any move, Tiffany had already knelt down towards her.
"It's all my fault, Mia. Don't blame Lambert. I was drunk and had to stay here. I don't know why I woke up in Lambert's bedroom, but nothing happened between us. You have to believe us, Mia." Tiffany cried and grabbed Mia's trouser legs, begging humbly.
"You can climb into the bed of whoever you like. It has nothing to do with me. You should know that I came to you today not for Lambert." As she spoke, she raised her hand to slap Tiffany, but was stopped by Lambert in time.
"Listen to her first." Lambert spoke for Tiffany.
As soon as he finished speaking, Mia quickly raised her other hand and slapped Tiffany's cheek hard, warning: "Next time, when you use dirty means, think about whether I will let you go."
She bent her legs and pushed her knee towards Tiffany's chin. Lambert stretched out a leg to block between the two of them, and pulled Tiffany up from the ground and stuffed her into the bedroom.
She quickly made a move again, grasping Tiffany's shoulders with five fingers tightly, and pulled back. Tiffany was out of control and lay on her back on the ground, screaming in pain.
She raised her foot to step on Tiffany's stomach, and Lambert had to use himself to block Tiffany, and stretched out his hand to circle her waist, intending to hold her up horizontally.
Mia turned sideways, and he grabbed a handful of air. She kicked Tiffany with a lightning-fast kick. She was angry, and this kick would definitely kick her away. It was unclear whether Tiffany would die or live after rolling down the stairs.
While Lambert was hesitating, Mia's eyes moved and she slightly pulled back her strength. Tiffany, however, was smart enough to try to go down the stairs. Lambert grabbed her wrist and protected her waist with his other hand. Both of them were at the edge of the stairs. If Mia kicked any of them at this time, they would fall down and their lives would be in the hands of fate.
"Gene, take the person away." Mia did not make a move, but just ordered Gene who had just come up.
Gene stood on the steps, grabbed Tiffany's shoulders with both hands and was about to pull her down.
"Stop." Lambert said gloomily, his words were filled with rage. After stabilizing himself, he also pulled Tiffany up and protected her behind him.
He glanced at Tiffany's swollen cheeks, his expression darkened, and continued: "She has been punished, just forgive her this time, she knows she is wrong."
"Yes Mia, just let me go this time! I really didn't go home to complain, it was Dad who wanted to go to Martha to find you. I don't know anything, you are my sister, you can beat me and scold me, but you can't wrongly accuse me, are you so angry because I am in Lambert's villa? Then I won't come again in the future, as long as I can make you happy, I can do anything."
What a considerate girl - if Mia didn't know what she did secretly. In front of Lambert, Tiffany looked so weak when she cried, soft and gentle, and turned herself into the one who needed protection in just a few words.
"Mia, calm down." Lambert held Mia's wrist tightly. "William has nothing to do with your father and Julie's riot at Martha. If she was wrong, I would never stop you."
"Just like you wouldn't hurt me, but you knocked me out and injured Daniel. Now I'm going to hurt someone you care about, and you won't agree. Did you ever consider my feelings when you hurt someone?" Mia said coldly.
Lambert gradually lost his strength while holding her hand, and finally stood in front of her dejectedly, glancing away with his empty eyes. She went to such great lengths to find trouble with William just to vent her anger for Daniel. For Daniel, she could swallow her anger towards Michael. Did she love Daniel?
Tiffany put in so much effort to play such a good play, and finally got what she wanted. She caused a rift between Lambert and Mia, and she regained Lambert's trust. It can be said that she killed two birds with one stone. It would not be so easy for Mia to find trouble with her in the future.
She held her forehead and called "Lambert." She fell into Lambert's arms and pretended to faint.
Lambert held Tiffany and called her a few times but there was no response. He raised his head and looked at Mia again, his eyes were cold, and he said bluntly: "I have been forbearing these days, and I have explained enough about what happened two years ago. If you don't believe it, then I can't help it. I will not allow you to hurt Tiffany again in the future. Mia, I have never done anything to let you down. You hurt me deeply again and again without knowing the truth, and hurt the people I care about. I can't stand you."
