the green Family 2

After Eric had explained his story and told them exactly what had happened to him - how he found himself in the forest, how he got the clothes he was wearing, how he got a mission to kill certain crocodiles, how he also bought a map and met Layla and Vodeen with the rest of the group - it dawned on Alex Green that he should take advantage of Eric being in his mansion. According to Eric's story, he had the ability to control trees; his initial attribute was wood, which allowed him to create vines and grow trees. But he could do something even more special - control trees. Controlling trees was something that was at the top of his mind, and he knew that the Elijah family was special. It turned out that Eric was one of them. Having heard the story about Eric's trees and killing vampires that were extremely fast, he knew that Eric was still growing, and if he grew up to become like his siblings or father, he would be an unstoppable force. He quickly became friendly with Eric and told Eric not to worry, that he would find a way to take him back home. Eric hadn't heard what Alex Green said to him, and he was grateful. Alex had promised him that he would allow him to use one of his teleporters that would teleport them to any part of the human world. Eric was grateful, but he declined the offer, saying he would like to travel and see different places before he got back home. Alex was surprised, thinking that Eric wanted to get back home as soon as possible. But Eric explained himself, saying, 'I first wanted to get back home quickly, but after traveling around and discovering many things, I decided that I would like to suspend going back home for a while.' Alex understood that Eric would like to adventure around the world before going back home. He knew that the Elijah family was sometimes overprotective with their children and usually didn't let their children travel that much. So, he decided that he would just find another way to get Eric closer to himself. Alex turned towards Eric and said, 'Well, feel free in my castle. If you need anything, you could tell me.' Eric turned towards Alex and said, 'Well, I would want a teacher who would help me figure out the kind of weapon that I can use. I don't like depending on my tree minions that much.' Alex looked at Eric and saw that Eric was actually like the Elijah family, who didn't like to be vulnerable to anything. He said to Eric, 'Well, give me a day or two. I would look for a teacher for you.' As Alex said those words, Eric smiled and thanked Alex. By the time the group was done eating, they left the Green family residence. The four of them were walking down the street when Michael told them that he was going to meet his family, as he was a grown man with children and a wife. The group understood, so Michael left them, leaving Layla, Eric, and Vodeen. As they were walking through the street, Eric said he wanted to go to a weapon shop where he could pick a weapon. The group followed Eric to a weapon store. Eric found different types of weapons in the store, but he was still wondering what kind of weapon was fit for him. Although Alex Green had promised him that he would find a teacher who would assess him and direct him to the right weapon that he would be using, Eric didn't feel that he should rely on others to make decisions for him. That's why he had made up his mind that he would like to select a weapon for himself.

Upon entering the weapon store, he thought to himself that in his previous life, he usually used his claws in fighting, so a gauntlet would be perfect for him. He couldn't envision himself using a sword or a spear to fight enemies; he needed something suitable for close combat. He already had his tree minions, which could handle long-range attacks for him; he just wanted something to defend himself in case the enemy managed to bypass his tree minions. The gauntlet was an excellent decision. He asked the shopkeeper if he had a gauntlet. The shopkeeper looked at Eric and said, "We usually don't have people who use gauntlets, so we don't have them. But don't worry, tomorrow I will make sure that it is available." After Eric heard the shopkeeper say that the gauntlet would be available the next day, after hearing what's the shopkeeper toad Eric, the three of them left the store as what Eric was looking for was unavailable. The weapon store was the only weapon store in the entire Green City, so they knew that if he didn't see the gauntlet in the store, he wouldn't see it anywhere. Eric explained to Vodeen and Layla that he still felt a connection to the tree he had in the vampire residence. Layla explained that it could be because the tree was produced from his own inner powers, which made him feel a connection to it, and that he shouldn't worry about it. Eric was still puzzled about how to solve this problem. If he created trees from his own energy and abandoned them, it would be a waste of energy, and the trees would be useless when he was done with them. He thought maybe there was a way for him to store his tree monsters in a safe place. Since he couldn't undo their transformation or change them into normal trees once he created them, he needed something that would allow him to carry his trees without anyone seeing them. Layla came up with an idea that he should get a storage ring. Eric looked at Layla and said, "Storage ring? How big is a storage ring? I thought storage rings were only used to carry food items." Layla responded, "Yes, storage rings are used to carry food items, but they have a large amount of space in them. You could store your trees inside them. Just in case you run out of seeds or anything, you wouldn't have to use your energy to create another tree anymore." Eric considered the idea and said, "You're absolutely right. But where can I get a storage ring?" Vodeen looked at Eric and said, "You have to find a witch to create a storage ring for you, providing her with the necessary materials that she asks for." Eric turned towards Layla, knowing very well that she was a witch, and asked, "What should I get for you to create a storage ring that would be unique for me to store my tree monsters?" Layla looked at Eric and said, "Well, because you've helped me many times and sacrificed your life to save me from the vampire residence, if it weren't for you, I know that Vodeen and Michael wouldn't be enough to take down those vampires. So, I'll be doing it for free. I'll create your storage ring for free, but you'll have to look for the necessary materials."

Eric asked Layla what materials she needed to create his storage ring. Layla listed them out for him, explaining that his storage ring would be unique because he would be storing his tree beasts inside it, so it wouldn't be like any typical storage ring that everyone would be carrying around. Eric understood this, but what puzzled him was the number of items that Layla had told him to bring. He wasn't too bothered about the list, but two of the items caught his attention, as he had not heard of them before. One of them was that he should bring the tail of a silver-tooth tiger, which he knew was close to the Elijah territory, and it would be difficult for them to get there to capture a tiger and take its tail. And not only that, Layla also asked him to bring a golden eagle, which was extremely rare and only found in one place that was very far from them.

It looked like all the materials that Layla had mentioned could be seen in the Green City, but he couldn't find two of them in the Green City, which were the tail of a silver-tooth tiger and a golden eagle. He turned towards Layla and asked, "Do you know that the silver-tooth tiger tail and the golden eagle are not close by?" Layla looked at him and said, "Yes, I know, but we can't do anything about that. Even if I wanted to make a normal ring for you, you would still need the silver-tooth tiger tail." Eric looked at Layla and sighed, saying, "That means getting a storage ring is not something that I can just get immediately. It would be along the way that I would be able to get the storage ring." Layla answered, "Yes, maybe along the way, as we are traveling, we might be able to stumble into one of them or suddenly find someone who has it and is willing to sell."

Eric thought about it for a while and became sad because throughout their travel, he was dragging his bag with him, filled with all the coins he was getting and the crystals he had gained from killing beasts. His bag had become heavy, and he couldn't just create a tree to carry it for him. He was thinking to himself that if Layla had created a ring for him, it would allow him to pack his things. Now, he also had a lot of clothes that he still needed to carry along, and he badly needed a storage ring to help him carry his load.

He turned towards Vodeen and asked, "Does your father have any storage ring that he's not using? Even if it's not that special, I just need something that would help relieve me from the stress of carrying all this load." Vodeen looked at Eric and said, "My father seems to have a great interest in you because he sees that you're from the Elijah family. If you go to him and ask him for his own personal storage ring, I bet he'll hand it over to you."
