That morning, Jin stared at himself in the mirror. He observed every detail of his own reflection — the marks from the fight against Seo Mira were still there, but that only motivated him more.
— It's time to gain some muscles…
With that promise, Jin left the house.
When he got to school, he realized that something had changed. The bullies in his class, those who used to make fun of him, now avoided even meeting his eyes. The atmosphere was tense. One of them whispered:
— That kid must be thinking too much of himself now…
Before they could say anything else, the classroom door opened. A blond guy, about 1.87 meters tall, walked in. He had a cold look, a defined body and an expression that made it clear he wasn't there to make friends. Everyone at school knew him for his reputation for beating up rivals until their bones broke.
He walked up to Jin, held out his hand and spoke in a surprisingly calm voice:
"Hello, Jin."
He approached, speaking softly: "Your father sent me to this school. My mission is to help you take down all the rival gangsters here... young master."
Jin couldn't help but smile.
"Now... it's starting to get fun."
His name? Leon Gwan - half Korean, half European, known in the underworld as The Silver Wolf, a guy whose brutality was masked by the calmness on his face. The class went by quickly. When recess came, Jin sat alone at a table in the courtyard. Leon didn't take long to appear, throwing his backpack on the bench next to him. "So? What's it going to be?" Are you just going to get stronger or start beating everyone up?
Jin looked around and saw a second-year brute getting snacks from the cafeteria. It was Baek Doo-Hwan, famous for breaking noses and detaching jaws from anyone who dared to mess with him.
"I want to see what you're capable of. Get that big guy over there for me."
Leon gave a mischievous smile.
"I thought you'd never ask."
After class, Leon approached Doo-Hwan in the hallway.
"Hey, come with me."
The big guy looked at him, showing no fear, and followed the blond. Jin followed right behind. They stopped behind the gym, where no one went in the afternoon.
Leon glared at the brute:
"Let's settle this in a fight. Whoever loses becomes a servant."
Doo-Hwan laughed insanely.
"You're the ones who're going to serve me, suckers."
Jin shouted:
"Hey, I never said anything about that!"
Leon shrugged, not looking.
"If I win, he's your henchman. If I lose... well, I won't lose."
Before Jin could respond, Doo-Hwan threw a quick, heavy punch, but Leon dodged it to the side with ease. In a fluid movement, he turned his body, feigning a kick to the abdomen. Doo-Hwan instinctively lowered his guard to block, but it was just a feint.
Off balance, Doo-Hwan was exposed. Leon placed his hand on the ground, turned his body in the air and landed a perfect kick to his opponent's chin, making him fall to his knees.
Without wasting time, Leon mounted him and began punching his face repeatedly.
"You're... not... anything..." he said between blows.
Jin watched with a satisfied smile, until he realized that Doo-Hwan was almost passing out.
"Hey! Do you want to kill my new servant?! Okay, now.
Leon stopped, fixed his blond hair and stood up.
"Relax, I was just warming up."
Doo-Hwan, with his face swollen and bleeding, coughed up blood and could barely stand up.
Jin approached.
"From now on, you're mine. Get up and call me boss."
Doo-Hwan hesitated... but seeing Leon next to Jin, he had no choice.
"B-boss..."
