Milim looked warily at Dumbledore and the others, then suddenly burst into laughter.
"Hahahahaha! Bestie, do you think they'll get scared out of their wits?" she smirked mischievously.
Rimuru sighed and shook his head. "Try to behave… just a little."
"Got it!" Milim gave a playful smile, then turned her gaze toward Dumbledore and company.
Seeing her smile, the professors involuntarily felt a chill run down their spines. Just as they were about to react, an overwhelming force erupted from Milim's body. The pressure was so intense, they couldn't even lift a finger.
"All right, that's enough," Rimuru said, patting her on the shoulder. He gave her a look of mild reproach. Milim stuck out her tongue and withdrew her power.
As the crushing pressure dissipated, Dumbledore and the others gasped for breath, staring at Milim in fear, confusion, and disbelief.
They didn't know exactly how powerful she was, but one thing was certain—she was not someone they could defeat.
Dumbledore, ever the composed headmaster, regained his poise and asked calmly, "What do you want?"
"I'm really sorry, Professor Dumbledore," Hermione said with a bow. "Milim and Rimuru are my friends. They only came here for a visit and had no intention of harming the school. I deeply apologize for Milim's behavior earlier." She shot Milim a glare. Why can't we just have a normal conversation?
Dumbledore looked into Hermione's eyes. They were sincere and clear, with no trace of deceit.
After a moment of silence, he spoke. "Miss Grant, and Milim and Rimuru… I apologize for our abruptness. I hope you understand—it's our duty to protect our students."
"It's fine," Rimuru replied casually. "We really didn't mean to cause any trouble. We just wanted to stay for a few days." He offered a friendly smile.
Dumbledore returned the smile, though his curiosity remained. "I trust you… but I do have to ask—where are you from? I've never heard of you, and with such immense power, that seems odd."
Rimuru smirked, clearly enjoying this. Maybe bringing them into the guild wouldn't be a bad idea.
"I can tell you," Rimuru said. "But you might want to brace yourself."
Dumbledore scoffed. "You're strong, but I doubt anything could truly scare me."
Ten minutes later.
"What?!" Dumbledore's face was filled with disbelief.
"This can't be real…" Even the normally stoic Snape was visibly shaken.
"So you're… Demon Lords from another world?" Professor McGonagall, more composed than the others, was still clearly shocked, though she maintained her elegant demeanor.
"You don't believe us?" Milim tilted her head.
"No, I believe you," Dumbledore said with a bitter smile. "It's the only way any of this makes sense. Truly… astonishing."
"I was stunned when I first found out too," Hermione said, shaking her head.
"Ahem!" Rimuru cleared his throat, cutting off the conversation. His eyes narrowed as he stared at Dumbledore and the others, voice cold. "Now that you know our identities… according to guild protocol, you have two choices. First—die here!"
His voice took on a menacing chill by the end.
"Wait—what rule is that?" Milim blinked in confusion.
Rimuru shot her a deadpan glare, then shoved a lollipop into her mouth. Stop ruining the moment!
"We'll take the second option!" Dumbledore quickly declared. No matter how bad it might be, it had to be better than dying.
"Really? Heheheh…" Rimuru kept up the eerie act. "Then your choice is—"
"Welcome to the Dimensional Guild!"
"…What?" The three professors stared blankly. That's it? That's the second option?
"I think it'll be fun having you in the guild," Rimuru grinned. "And you can keep an eye on little Hermione too. Anyway, let's go to the guild—I'll introduce you."
The three exchanged glances and nodded. They were curious—what kind of place was this Dimensional Guild?
Slime World — Dimensional Guild Hall
A portal slowly opened, and Rimuru and the others stepped out into the guild hall.
"Long time no see, Rimuru-chan!" Marco, who had been sipping a drink, waved. "Wait, who are those three?"
"They're Hermione's teachers—and the newest members of the guild!" Rimuru said with a smile.
He then introduced them one by one to the guild members.
Unexpectedly, Dumbledore and Whitebeard hit it off instantly. They were nearly about to perform a blood brother ritual under the statue of Guan Yu.
"I never imagined such a place could exist," Dumbledore muttered in awe.
"Gurararara!" Whitebeard laughed heartily, taking a swig. "I was just as shocked at first. But you get used to it. Everyone here is great."
"That part is certainly true," Dumbledore nodded, glancing at Rimuru, who was dancing joyfully with the others.
"Rimuru really is enviable," Roger commented from nearby.
"Indeed," Dumbledore replied, still smiling. He got along well with Roger and Whitebeard—it seemed the guild was quite the welcoming place.
Just then, the calm portal behind them suddenly activated once more.
A graceful figure stepped through and collapsed onto the floor, motionless—as if she had fainted.
