David woke up the next morning bright and early. The first thing he did was to open up the CMI and check to see if the time had fully synced up with the outside world.
Thankfully, everything was indeed synced up properly.

Tomoe and Mio, upon hearing David's inner voice and realizing he was awake, both took this opportunity to snuggle closer to David and bury their faces in his arms.

While David wanted to tease the two and let them know he was aware that they were awake, he wasn't lying and was actually quite surprised by the change in his vision brought on by his new Web Daddy talent.
He can see normally, but at the same time, his field of view has expanded in a way that gives him a much clearer view of everything around him in a 360 degree rotation without being off-putting.
His vision is essentially split up into multiple screens inside his head and while he can see everything, he prefers to focus on his main vision which is a much clearer version of what he could see before the upgrade.
Since Tomoe and Mio didn't make any move to show that they were awake, David decided to use this time to practice with his new Web Daddy talent and make some clothes for Tomoe and Mio.

I can test my Threadborne Crafting ability and create new outfits for them while laying the groundwork for future enhancements and enchantments. Mio suppressed a delighted laugh and tried not to smile too widely.
Tomoe on the other hand, well, she was slightly displeased until she heard what David said next.

After thinking about how Mio's outfit should look, David ultimately settled on an outfit mostly similar to what she wore in the anime.
He gently lifted his right hand without disturbing the fake-sleeping Mio and started creating a shimmering and ethereal thread from the center of his palm.
The thread was created so naturally that it felt like breathing to him. David felt that he could control the thread in its entirety: movement, length, thickness, strength, elasticity, color, transparency, embedded mana, everything!
⟪ This talent is way too fucking overpowered. The practical applications this thread has in terms of traps and sneak attacks is terrifying. Even if I didn't apply any of my Soul Venom to it, I could make it sharp enough to instantly behead someone without them even knowing the thread was there! After playing with the thread for a little bit and changing its properties, David went to work. He used his 'Perfect Househusband' talent's ability to perfectly create clothes in conjunction with his Threadborne Crafting ability to weave a full set of clothes that would look absolutely beautiful on Mio.
After nearly an hour of crafting, Mio's set of clothes were complete.
The set contained a dark purple kimono with white spiderweb patterns on the sleeves and hem. It's layered over a red under-robe and tied with a brown obi that has metal clasps. He also created black lace gloves, short black lace-up boots, and a red hairband with a butterfly ribbon on the right side. The droopy inner section of the dark purple kimono's sleeves also has a pink-and-purple web pattern.
For added sexiness, he also created a thin, black, web-like choker with a crystallized teardrop-shaped gem hanging from it. The gem was made out of David's blood so it could provide comfort to Mio if he wasn't around.
David didn't add any crazy enchantments and just used some of the ones he used previously such as near-indestructibility, soul-binding, self-repair functionality, auto-fitting, and perfect mana conductivity. David could add more enchantments in the future with ease, but he felt it was good enough for now.
He looked up at the floating outfit in front of him.

After appreciating his work, he used his thread to move the outfit to the edge of the bed where it could be presented to Mio when she decides to 'wake up'.
Now that he was more familiar with his new Threadborne Creation ability, it didn't take very long for David to complete Tomoe's outfit.
Tomoe's set of clothes consisted of a pink kimono top with short sleeves and a dark green long pleated skirt with a green belt. There were also black tights and traditional wooden sandals, though the sandals were created using wood magic. The kimono's sleeves and collar had a simple mist/cloud pattern in a darker pink color.
He also created a simple white crown for her hair to replace the golden hairpins and existing golden crown.
They had the same enchantments as Mio's clothes.

Nodding to himself in satisfaction, David moved Tomoe's clothes next to Mio's before relaxing his mind and enjoying the warmth of his wives' naked bodies.
About 30 minutes later, David's stomach growled.
Mio 'woke up' and moved her hand on top of David's stomach. She lifted her head and revealed a sweet smile.
"Is husband hungry?"
"Mm, I am indeed," David replied, kissing Mio's forehead softly.
Mio's smile got brighter as she lifted her left hand and prepared to bite into it.
David, seeing what she was about to do, hurriedly grabbed her hand and pulled it away.
"Nope, we're definitely not gonna do that... I don't drink blood like you do, okay? I'm fine with drinking one of your other liquids, but blood is off the table."
Mio's face was a mixture of an embarrassed blush and a child-like pout, but she ultimately agreed and sat up in bed, stretching her body and giving David a wonderful view of her bare breasts.
David stared for quite a few seconds before smiling to himself and crawling out of bed.
Tomoe took this chance to also stop pretending to be asleep and followed behind David.
David once again appreciated the beautiful sight before his eyes: Tomoe's stark naked body with her perky breasts begging to be played with.

Shaking off his wandering thoughts, David cast a quick cleaning spell on himself, Tomoe, and Mio before pointing at the clothes on the bed.
"I made some new clothes for you two this morning. Try them on and see how you like them."
The girls' eyes were shining as they found their clothes and hurriedly put them on.
Once they were fully dressed, the girls walked over to the short dresser near the door and picked up their weapons.
Tomoe slid her katana into the belt on her waist while Mio tucked her fan into her sleeve.
"I love it, young master!"
"Thank you for the gift, husband. I will cherish it for the rest of my life."
"I'm glad you two like it. They have enchantments similar to your weapons: hard to break, can't get lost, and will self-repair," David explained while rubbing his nose proudly.
The girls just smiled and held their clothes tighter against themselves, enjoying the feeling of wearing something their husband created for them.
"Are there any restaurants that have been established in the Cradle yet?" David asked.
"There are a few that have been built so far, but they don't usually open until later in the day," Mio said regretfully.
"Hmm, I see... What about a shop that sells ingredients?"
"Yes! There's a female Highland Orc named Sayo that just opened up a shop. Currently, she sells fruits that are grown in the Cradle, meat hunted from the animals that live in the Cradle, and vegetables that are both grown in the Cradle and found out in the Wasteland."
David's expression brightened. "That's great! How expensive are her goods?"
"As far as I am aware, Sayo prefers to barter, but she does accept coins. I'm not sure about the price though, you'll have to ask her."
David pinched his chin and thought about what he should buy and what he should use to barter, but ultimately decided to see the store and ask about the prices first.
"Alright, you girls stay here and I'll go shopping. When I come back, I'll cook breakfast for us."
Tomoe and Mio both looked excited upon hearing this, yet Mio was definitely the most excited one by far.
"I can't wait to taste my husband's cooking~! Hurry and come back, I'm very excited!"
David just chuckled and patted Mio on the head. "Haha, I can tell. Alright then, I'll be back in a bit after getting dressed."
He pulled out his normal t-shirt, sweatpants, and slippers and put them on. After waving to his two wives, David left the room and exited the mansion, heading to the central square of the town to look for the shop run by the woman named Sayo.

Back in David's bedroom, Tomoe and Mio were admiring their own clothes and feeling the combat potential within.
It must be said, while the clothes look really nice and are indeed strong, something that David didn't bother to mention nor think about was that fact that they're the perfect mana conduits.
This means that Tomoe and Mio will not only be able to cast spells faster and stronger than before, but they can also store spells within their clothes and release them at will.
Imagine, Tomoe setting up a spell that shoots a blade of water out at anyone that has hostile intentions toward her. She'd be able to relax anywhere without worrying about sneak attacks, though she really didn't have that much to worry about previously.
Mio can't set up special spells like Tomoe since she doesn't know David's rune system, but she'll learn in the future so she's not really at a disadvantage either.
Just as the women were about to test the durability of each other's outfit, they both heard a soft chime in their heads.

Mio stayed silent, but kept her vigilance.

Tomoe and Mio calmed down and just looked at each other with confused expressions.

The women slightly nodded as they waited for whatever else was about to happen and a few moments later, they felt a rush of information fill their minds.

"Despite what the description says, I would never use it on allies, okay? This ability is way too dangerous to be played with casually."
Mio breathed a sigh of relief and relaxed, feeling a little guilty for jumping to conclusions and assuming that Tomoe would try to prank her.
Little does she know, Tomoe actually did plan on using it to tease Mio, but when David was brought in, she immediately threw those thoughts out of her head.

Tomoe nodded while Mio carefully reached toward the still-floating box and pulled out a stick.

Immediately after that brief warning, Tomoe and Mio felt like their souls were being ripped apart as their new abilities and the knowledge of how to use them were being integrated into their existences.
Tomoe and Mio didn't cry out in pain, but it certainly hurt like hell.
The first thing Tomoe did was open up the Scarlet Nexus and check Mio's profile to see what her ability was.
"Wow... So now you're even more of a glutton, huh?"
Mio raised her right hand and used the Void Mutation sub-ability to transform it into a large black scythe.
"Ho~, this is rather interesting! I still favor the fan my husband created for me, but this isn't a bad option for secondary weapons."
Tomoe looked down at her hand and felt a little jealous.

Tomoe and Mio were both startled to see the chat interface appear in their heads rather than on the pink transparent screen they were getting used to.
They started to mentally browse through the different chat channels in the Empress Chat.
If David could see the interface, he'd accuse Chaos-chan of ripping off Discord. The similarities were all too apparent, though there were obvious differences such as nested channels, permanent and expanded threads, weird options for attachments, and other changes.
Something that immediately caught the attention of the two was a channel called "# franchises".
When they 'clicked' on the "# franchises" channel, it showed a chat with no history and a nested channel called "# my-dress-up-darling".
At the top of the channel was a brief explanation.

"I can't wait to see what happens in our story!"

Tomoe and Mio were about to navigate into the new channel to start watching and reading, but they were interrupted by David's voice.
