"Lord Sunny! Your cosmic brain has been linked with the spaceship!" the guy yelled.
"Thanks," Sunny said without looking back, already walking inside with Josephine.
Their gazes swept across the cockpit, and Sunny nodded with a satisfied expression. "Take it slow... No rush," he said, collapsing onto one of the couches in the cockpit.
Josephine stared at him for a few seconds, then slowly nodded her head. She walked towards the controls and placed her palm on a device, which instantly scanned it.
{Josephine Hel, 23 years old, wolf Beastify human. Mate of my master.}
A voice echoed through the entire spaceship, catching both of them off guard.
".....?!!!"
'Hey, System... Isn't that your voice?!!' Sunny asked in mild confusion.
{That is indeed my voice... I told you, I am your cosmic brain, so I have control of all master's electronic devices.}
Sunny nodded and relaxed onto the couch again. 'That is good... With you, the royal spaceship, or whatever its name is called, can't be stolen.'
"Yes... Start the ship, destination: the Beastify kingdom. Take your time," Josephine instructed.
{Ok madam... Please enjoy the journey.}
A couch beside Sunny moved and stopped behind Josephine, who nodded and sat down.
"Come here." As if it had a life of its own, the couch moved towards Sunny, stopping before him.
".....?"
Josephine stared at the couch in surprise, then raised her head to Sunny.
"Tell me everything about your kingdom, and its problems..." Sunny said with a serious expression.
'So serious?' Josephine sighed, but instead of answering, she asked, "What will you do? You can't change everything with money."
Sunny sat up, staring straight at her. "Who told you that?" He asked, moving his gaze to the system's screen, at the quest given to him.
{Spend 1 Trillion Galaxy crystal in one week.}
He wasn't planning on failing it.
"Who told me that?" Josephine repeated his words and scoffed. "Look... You have money, that I get... But the council are on my neck... You can't simply buy your way through this."
"On your neck? How is that?"
Josephine sighed deeply. "They want me to get married, or I will lose the throne."
"What is the issue with that?! You are already married to me!" Sunny said with a smile.
"That is just an excuse, dumbbell!! They want the throne!!" she spat out.
"Then why don't you just dispose of them?" he asked in mild confusion.
"That..." Josephine lowered her gaze. "The three are among the biggest families in my kingdom, and with the current situation with the Wendigos, they are the only thing holding the kingdom from falling apart."
"You're saying they have more say than you, the queen?" He asked with a frown.
"Yes... The first has the military, the second has the blacksmiths and workers, while the third has the trade route... By dealing with these three, we will cripple the kingdom, and the Wendigos will wipe us out," she explained with a dark tone.
Sunny relaxed back onto the couch, lost in thought. After some seconds, he opened his mouth. "The military are following the first because he has connections and money, same with the workers and blacksmiths, while the third, we just need to get hold of the merchants, and the trade will be settled."
"You don't---"
"---Shhh." He shushed her. "Just sit back and leave the rest to me... We will see who is more domineering."
BOOOM!!
Sunny and Josephine turned their heads to the front of the spaceship, seeing two medium-sized battleships chasing another ship, which was much smaller. The two were currently opening fire, but weren't taking it down.
"Those are battle spaceships," Josephine muttered.
Sunny nodded, staring at the small ship the two were after. "Shoot them down."
{Master... The spaceship has no ammunition.}
"Oh!! I forgot that!" He facepalmed himself, while Josephine just shook her head at his foolishness.
"Then crash into them."
{"....?!"}
".....!!"
The system and Josephine were dumbfounded.
"Are you mad?!" Josephine spat out.
"What? We are ten times bigger than theirs, we won't feel a thing," Sunny said with a smirk.
BOOM!
The two turned to the ship, seeing smoke rushing out from its engine.
WHOOSH!
"Huh? That spaceship won't last long, unless the driver lands it." Josephine muttered, and the next moment, the ship hundreds of meters from them maneuvered to the right... now heading towards a small sand planet.
"Does that fool know that planet is one of the Wendigos' territory?" Sunny asked in mild confusion.
"I don't think he knows that." Josephine shrugged.
"Ok... Let's have some fun, follow them... Let's go exploring," Sunny said.
BOOM!
"Fuck!!" A guy, looking in his early twenties, spat out as he controlled the ship into the planet's atmosphere. He was cloaked, which concealed his body and face.
He gritted his teeth, trying his best to land the spaceship. "I won't let you fools get it!!" he yelled as the spaceship smashed into the ground, raising sand and dust into the air.
"Cough! Cough! Cough!!" The guy opened the door and jumped down from the damaged ship. In his hand was an unknown pyramid-like object.
WHOOSH!!!
The two spaceships that were chasing him stopped a few meters before his location.
Swoosh!
The bottom of the spaceships opened, and five figures in silver armors jumped down from each.
BAM!!
The ten landed heavily on the ground, raising dust and smoke. Six were armed with advanced plasma guns, while four were armed with close combat weapons.
The first figure walked towards the guy and stopped ten meters from him. "Hand over the artifact, Nioh... Don't let me make you," the figure said softly.
"And you think I will hand it to you because you said so?" Nioh asked back, his tone cold.
The figure sighed and tapped the circular object on her chest. The helmet retracted back into the armor, revealing her long blonde hair and three blue eyes, with the third being on her forehead. "You are a criminal of our race... Will you go that far because of a simple artifact? Even going against your own race?" she asked.
"Simple artifact?" The guy scoffed and added, "Try me!!"
