Tracey: "Mirae, leave those prisoners and the other captain to me. Also, move your fight somewhere farther. What I'm about to do could harm everyone."
Without a word, Mirae used her magic to bind her opponents and threw them a short distance away.
Tracey (thinking): "She's a monster... in a scary way. She solo-handled that!"
The captain facing Mirae introduced himself.
Captain: "I'm Mark."
Mirae and Mark prepared for their duel.

On the other side, Tracey summoned Ashenfang.
Tracey: "This is the best time to use you, buddy. Now, go wild and destroy everything in your path."
Ashenfang let out a thunderous roar, warning everyone nearby that this beast was no ordinary summon.
The beast charged, attacking prisoners and the enemy captain.
They tried to counter-attack, but failed—Ashenfang's skin was too thick, too strong, and nearly immune to most magic.
With each step, Ashenfang caused tremors, earthquakes that could even be felt on the second floor.
Then, he unleashed flames, going completely berserk.
No one could handle him—not even the enemy captain.
Captain: "Water Dragon!"
Even with the elemental advantage, the captain couldn't land a solid hit on Ashenfang.
Captain (shocked): "This is bad... none of our moves are working against him."

The scene shifts to Mirae and her subordinates, locked in intense combat.
Both sides fought fiercely. Magic flew—wind, fire, ice, and more.
Mirae launched an attack against Mark:
"Binding Magic: Chain Binding!"
Chains shot from her hands, trying to capture Mark—but he countered with his magic:
Clone Magic.
Multiple copies of him blocked the chains, but Mirae destroyed them all with a sweep of her chains.
Then Mark used: Clone Magic: Clone Army
A hundred clones appeared, surrounding Mirae.
The air in the prison floor grew heavy as Mirae faced Captain Mark.
The hallway echoed with distant battles, but here, it was just the two of them—The Jailer vs. The Clone Master.
Mark smirked.
Mark: "Let's see how long you can keep up."
He clapped his hands.
"Clone Magic: Shadow Double!"
Two clones appeared beside him, moving in perfect sync.
Mirae raised her hand.
Mirae: "Let's see how long you can stay real."
"Binding Magic: Iron Chains!"
Thick chains shot forward, wrapping around one of the clones—it vanished instantly.
The other two rushed in from both sides. Mark leapt at her with a spinning kick.
Mirae ducked and rolled back.
"Binding Magic: Wall of Chains!"
A barrier of chains formed in front of her like a wall, blocking Mark's real body. The clone slammed into it and vanished.
Mark: "Not bad. But I'm just getting started."
"Clone Magic: Clone Army!"
In a flash of blue light, dozens of Mark clones filled the hallway. There were too many to count—each one grinning the same way.
Mirae (calmly): "Tch. You're not even fighting yourself."
"Binding Magic: Chain Sweep!"
She spun in place, her glowing chains stretching out and slamming through a row of clones. Ten disappeared in a flash of smoke.
Still, more rushed her from all sides.
Mark appeared behind her—the real one—his fist glowing with energy.
"Clone Strike!"
Mirae turned just in time, but took the punch across her shoulder, stumbling back.
Mark: "Gotcha!"
Mirae (gritting her teeth): "No. You got tricked."
"Binding Magic: Trap Chains!"
From the ground beneath Mark, two glowing chains shot upward, wrapping around his legs. He tried to jump—but it was too late.
Mark: "Tch!"
She yanked her arm, slamming him into the floor.
Dust flew everywhere.
But then… the Mark she just slammed vanished.
Mirae: "Another clone?!"
Mark's voice echoed from behind her again.
Mark: "You're sharp. But not sharp enough."
"Clone Magic: Mirror Maze!"
Suddenly, the walls shimmered, and the hallway looked like it had a hundred mirrors. Everywhere she turned, Mark was there—all reflections, all clones.
She narrowed her eyes.
Mirae: "Fine. Let's break your mirrors."
"Binding Magic: Chain Burst!"
From her body, dozens of glowing chains exploded outward in all directions, smashing into the reflections—some vanished instantly, others stayed.
One of the clones tried to stab her from the side.
She spun, grabbed it with her chain, and smashed it into the wall.
Still a clone.
Mark's laugh echoed from the ceiling.
Mark: "Can't catch what you can't see!"
Mirae (smiling): "Then I won't see. I'll sense."
She closed her eyes.
The battlefield fell quiet for a moment—only the hum of magic remained.
Mirae: "There."
Her chains whipped backward—straight into empty air—then grabbed something.
Mark's body shimmered as he tried to disappear.
Too late.
Mirae: "You're mine."
"Binding Magic: Final Lock!"
The chains wrapped around his arms, legs, and chest like a spiderweb. They glowed bright blue, then pulled tight.
Mark struggled.
Mark: "Ugh… not bad. But I'm not finished!"
"Clone Magic: clone energy!"
A huge burst of clone energy exploded from his body. The chains cracked and shattered—Mirae staggered back, shielding her face.
Mark stood there, panting. His uniform was torn, and his energy flickered.
Mark: "You're really strong. Stronger than most I've faced."
Mirae (calmly): "Then stop holding back. Or I'll make you."
Mark laughed.
Mark: "Fine. No more games."
"Clone Magic: True Clone!"
This time, he didn't summon an army. All clones combine and become one clone—but this one glowed and moved exactly like him, with the same strength and speed.
Mark and his True Clone rushed at her together.
Mirae dodged the first punch, but the clone's kick caught her side. She slid back, grimacing.
They came again, one from each side.
Mirae: "Let's end this."
She whispered,
"Binding Magic: Phantom Chains."
Chains raised—invisible at first—then lit up in silver. They spun around her like a storm.
She stood still and let them come.
As Mark and the clone closed in, her chains moved on their own—grabbing both in midair and slamming them into each other.
Mark (shouting):
"Tch—what kind of chain is this?! I can't even move my fingers!"
Mirae (stepping closer):
"It's called 'Binding Magic: Absolute Lock.'"
"These chains are made from my will. As long as I stand, they don't break. Ever."
Mark's eyes widened.
He twisted, shook, poured magic into his body—but the chains held tight.
His arms were pinned behind him. His knees slammed to the ground. Even his head couldn't turn anymore.
He was completely frozen.
Mirae (quietly):
"It's over, Captain Mark."
She snapped her fingers.
The chains sealed themselves with a magical lock that hovered just above his chest—glowing like a blue crystal.
Mark (gritting his teeth):
"D-don't think this is the end…"
Mirae:
"You're right. It's just your end. Mine still goes on."
She turned without looking back, her coat fluttering behind her.
Mark remained kneeling—trapped, unable to move, speak, or cast.
His magic drained slowly with every breath, trapped inside the unbreakable cage of Mirae's will.
