Born in a world filled with magic and monsters, Hyperion, with a strong sense of adventure and a thirst for knowledge sets out at a rather young age to explore the hidden areas of the world and gain magical knowledge. After a couple of years meeting new people, fighting monsters and learning about magic,he returns to his hometown in preparation of finally heading to the mainland. He enlists his friend Ida to join him in his new endeavour and they set off for the mainland. There, they join the Huntsmen,an organisation of powerful mages who hunt the monsters known as chimeras and powerful wanted criminals. With their immense power, they get into the organisation and take a mission, unknowing to them that this sole mission would expose them to the world of mystery hidden from the normal eye as they learn more about magic, themselves, and the evils that lurk in every corner of their world
Giving this story 5 stars simply doesn’t feel like enough. It's rare you come across something that feels wholly unique and completely original. Deus Lucis is one of those stories, and by the end, all I can do is clamor for more.
This story's pretty good overall. Pros: - Character personalities are well established - Good Dialogue - Easy to understand progression - Good descriptions of characters, environments and what's happening. Cons: - The structure of the paragraphs can take a bit of getting used to - Some minor grammatical mistakes Overall, I look forward to reading more of your story.
God, this is peak. This Hyperion guy really knows how to stand on business, and I love the vibe of Ida. Also, f**k Gallagher, good job, can't wait for more
