"Young master, the things that you asked me before, I already took care of," Cristoff said as he sat beside Matthew in the back seat, passing him a sealed envelope. The moment Matthew arrived from his last exam, Cristoff was already there waiting for him.
"The cards are there," Cristoff said. "The accounts are clean, no links to your name or anything traceable. Offshore, as requested. One under a shell company in the Caymans, another in Zurich, and two more split between Belize and Singapore. All deposits cleared."
Matthew nodded and took a slow sip of water. The final day of exams had come and gone, just like that. He had hoped to finally unwind, but some things just couldn't wait.
Matthew didn't open the envelope. He trusted Cristoff. If the man said it was done, then it was.
"Any updates on Lenox?" he asked.
