Sapphire, a gem rarer than most,

Often sidelined, for the popular gems,

Diamond, gold, sapphire isn't seen.

Yet when she's revealed,

The world would stand still and wonder..

From whence did this beauty come?

A beauty that rids you of breath,

That makes you wonder,

Is this even real?

One word, just one word could describe what I was seeing. I now understand, when people use the word, breathtaking. This place was the true meaning of breathtakingly beautiful. I stood and stared at the huge building before me. I cowered at the pure monstrosity that stood before me. I shivered in my shoes. This place was meant to be a myth, and here it is. I still couldn't wrap my head around it.
