They Were Fated To Witness The Scene

As the six security personnels were all in lost of hope on what to do next,in order to clear themselves off the mess they were in, the atmosphere which was once tensed seemed to lessen down.

Nevertheless, Philip who was standing and contemplating within himself, just like the way the others were doing, suddenly darted his eyes to a CCTV camera on the wall.

An idea formed in his head as his eyes rested on the CCTV on the wall. He couldn't help but smile evenly with his eyes litting up with new found joy.

"I've got an idea that can help us out in this predicament".

Philip announced confidently with a smile on his face.

Philip's words immediately piqued the attention of the other five standing beside him.

"What's the wonderful idea you have?"

Victor asked with an even smile just like Philip's.

"Hope it's not a terrible one".

Slick said while rolling his eyes.

Philip could only eye him menacingly.

"Actually, it's the only option we have and it's not terrible for people who think it is".

Philip said as he continued to eye Slick.

"Just spit it out, Philip".

Frank said, interrupting Slick from talking back at Philip.

"Okay then". Philip started with a confident smile. "We could actually use the CCTV camera footage as evidence to back up our claims on what had actually happened here. Besides, there's a CCTV camera here and for sure, the CCTV camera must have caught everything that happened here earlier".

"That's actually a good idea".

Andrew spoke with a smile of relief.

"It's not really a good idea, I think it's a great idea".

Victor corrected wisely.

"Does that actually mean we are all just going to report ourselves to the manager?" Slick asked with an irritated look on his face. "I think it's stupid".

The others frowned evenly upon hearing Slick's words.

"I doubt if it's a stupid idea. It's a great idea and besides,we have a CCTV footage to back up our claims".

Philip said, speaking the minds of the others.

"I still think it's stupid".

Slick annoyingly persisted.

"Then why do you say so?"

Derick asked while face slapping himself.

"It's simple. Actually, the person that brought us all into this predicament, didn't do anything to vindicate us out".

"But it's not my fault that we are in this situation. I didn't want this to happen either, also, I thought Philip already cleared that out".

Frank said, stepping closer to Slick.

He is obviously pissed and frustrated. And that's mostly because, he sees that Slick is wasting their time in making a final decision in order to vindicate them all from the situation they are in.

Not to lie, he was ready to start a fight,if Slick keep wasting their time in making a final decision.

Slick once again, rolled his eyes upon seeing Frank's hard glare.

To him, he was the right one. Besides, it's Frank that got them all into this situation, so he (Frank) should have contributed in forming the idea.

Only if Frank had stayed put and not request to enter the treasure room, they would not have witnessed the scene along with him.

"Okay then. I agree with the idea" slick said with a sigh.

"So that settles it".

Andrew says with a smile of relief.

He actually thought, there was gonna be a fight.

"Now the plan is quite simple. We would all report what we just witnessed to the museum manager. And if he doesn't believe us or thinks we just cooked up some hooby-dooby story,we could use the CCTV footage as proof of our claims".

Philip stated affirmatively.

"That also means,we wouldn't go to jail or loose our jobs".

Derick grinned, easily showing his white set of teeth.

With that, the six security personnels including Slick, who had reluctantly agreed to the plan, easily decided on how to vindicate themselves out of their predicament.

But their happiness was cut short when Victor asked a question that got them all, thinking.

"Hey! Guys".

Victor called out, getting the attention of the rest before they could leave the treasure room. "Quick question".

All the gazes of the other security personnels shot right at him.

"What is it?"

Slick asked while rolling his eyes.....it seems to be a habit of his.

"So..... what are we going to do about the shattered artifact on the floor, plus the glass box as well?"

Their gazes immediately darted at the floor where the shattered two stone tablets lay, also, immediately after Victor asked the question.

However, Frank gave a quick answer in return or more like a quick stammering.

"I.....I....I think we should leave that to the museum manager to decide".

Frank answered to his best of understanding of the situation.

The rest nodded their heads, including Victor at Frank's answer.

Just as they were about to leave, six other security personnels, dressed in all black outfit rushed into the treasure room and surrounded Frank and the rest of them.

Surrounding Frank and the rest of them, the six security personnels that had just made their way into the treasure room professionally aimed guns at Frank and those with him.

The leader of the newly six security personnels who was coincidentally sergeant Buster, also aimed his gun at Frank and the rest of them.

"Freeze!!!"

The newly six security personnels all shouted. Somehow,it seems they were daring Frank and his colleagues to make a move.

Sergeant Buster had an expressionless look on his face as he aimed his gun at his colleagues. He didn't seem to care and for sure, he wouldn't hesitate if he was told to kill them.

To him, they (Frank and the rest five) had committed a terrible crime in destroying a government property especially if it's a valued artifact. In his own opinion, there was no way they could vindicate themselves from this situation. But he didn't know they had proof to back up their claims.

As for Frank and the rest five that were with him, they all did well to get on their knees just as they were told to do. They knew that with Philip's idea, they could vindicate themselves from the situation they were in.

But what bothered Frank wasn't the situation he was in. However, what bothered him was why the rest of the squad of security personnels (the other six security personnels) didn't make their way to the treasure room when he had earlier screamed loudly.

He was sure they had all heard his loud scream earlier but only Philip, Victor, Derick, Andrew and Slick had made their way into the treasure room when he had screamed.

But why is it that the other six security personnels are making their way into the treasure room only now after they, had already witnessed a magical scene that led to the destruction of an artifact?

To Frank,it was somehow strange but he didn't want to think much about it.

Only if he knew that everything happened for a reason. Only if he knew that, him and the other five were fated to witness the magical scene.

They were fated to witness the transformation of the Prophecy (two stone tablets) into the two souls of the Angel of war.

&&&

Two beings stood opposite each other. They were in a dimension locked away from the outside world. They faced each other, both beings having expressionless looks on their faces.

One was a demon with horns on his head. He was the dark shadow that lurked around the corners of the treasure room, during the transformation of the prophecy into the two souls of the Angel of war. While the other was a female Angel. She was extraordinaryly beautiful with a pair of wings that glowed brightly at her back.

"Mistress, I have come with report".

The demon with horns spoke.

"Go ahead".

The female Angel says with a sweet angelic voice.

"Mistress, the prophecy has finally been transformed into the two souls of the Angel of war".

"Good! Keep watch and make sure the Angel of War gets reborn successfully".

"Yes, mistress".

The female Angel nodded.

"Before I forget, did you make sure that a group of mortals were able to witness the transformation?"

The female Angel asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes, mistress".

"Impressive, you can go for now".

The demon with a pair of horns on his head, simultaneously vanished.
