Armed with deception as magic Elric sets out to become the world’s greatest magician.
Well not actually become the greatest he just want to survive.
Love the concept, it's really different from the usual Fantasy plot. I enjoyed reading. Waiting for more chapters. Your novel have a ton of potential.
Hey, First off—sorry for my previous comment, that was out of line. Just wanted to give some honest feedback now that I’ve actually read the prologue and two chapters. The writing is clean, atmospheric, and has a very strong sense of mood. The author does a great job of setting a melancholic, almost haunting tone from the very first lines. The rain, the old orphanage, and the feeling of loss all feel real and grounded, which makes it easy to get immersed. The prose flows nicely and really captures that bittersweet vibe. If I get more free time, I’ll definitely read further, because I’m honestly curious how the story unfolds. My only small notes (and take them with a grain of salt, I’m just an amateur myself): — For some readers, the beginning might feel a bit slow. Maybe a little more action or a stronger early hook could help. — Sometimes the dialogue feels a bit too storybook, though it fits the atmosphere. Maybe a bit more realism wouldn’t hurt. Overall though, I genuinely think it’s good. You’ve got emotion, atmosphere, and clear writing skill. Props!
