Chapter 11 Operation: Christmas {Mr Gunslinger Story}

Until two days left before Christmas. Now every school celebrated this Christmas party. But still, Hayabusa is still lonely... oh, no-no-no, he's filled with joy because Christmas Day is a big day about happiness, joy, and love, and also there's someone to confess their love.

Anyway, at school now, kids from our school are preparing the Christmas party, from drama, music, and all about Christmas things. At my home now, my family celebrated a Christmas party; my dog Hunter loved Christmas parties too because I always presented him with a big bone.

"Nii-san, are you done yet?" Maya called. "Just a Minute!!" I fixed my clothes. "What's taking you so long? Everyone will be annoyed waiting, you know." Maya entered my room. "Well, I can't tie my bow tie right!!" I failed to tie my neck bow.

At last, without a tie, me, Maya, my parents, and Hunter went to Maya's school because this was a party at Maya's school, and also a big thanks to me and Touda who saved this school from the psycho monkey teacher. When I arrived at school, there was a warm welcome.

"Ken-sama!! Welcome!!" "Ken-sama!! Welcome back!!" "Ken-sama!! Do you want me to carry your coat?"

Huhuhu, every girl in this school is very fond of me and Touda. They call me Ken-sama (Master Ken). I love this school; it feels like I'm the king here. Now Hunter is very happy when he arrives at this school; Hunter also likes being here. Hunter seems happy because his tail is wagging everywhere.

I arrived at the school hall; there were a lot of students' parents who had arrived. Then I saw Touda and his big sister talking with another teacher. Maybe...

"Oh, you came too, Ken." Touda saw me. "You arrive too, huh? Where's your lady suit?" I teased him. "I'm a man!! Not a woman!!" Touda locked me in a wrestling move. "AAAAARGH!! I'm Sorry!! I'm Sorry~~~~~~~~!!" I was in pain.

The party went well after me and Touda arrived at this school. After the party, I went outside and found some fresh air in the cold breeze. Suddenly, a girl appeared beside me; she was from this school and very high-class. "Don't you like the show, Ken-sama?" she asked. "I like the show, I just need some fresh air now... errh." I forgot her name. "Itsukishima Akimi." She told her name. "Oh yeah, right Akimi." "Ken-sama, can you close your eyes?" Akimi asked. "Why?" "Just please close your eyes first." "Uh..., OK." I closed my eyes.

Suddenly, I felt someone grab my front sweater and kiss my lips. When I took a peek, Akimi just kissed me so directly, with no shame; she's so aggressive. Then she French-kissed me; she tasted like milk and was so sweet. Then the kiss was over.

"Y...You..." I was shocked. "Hm?" "You kiss me!?" I was really shocked. "I... I really like you, Ken-sama. I know that Ken-sama has someone you like. But I can't stand it anymore; I want to be with you!!" "Akimi... I..." I began to talk. "AAAH!! Akimi and Ken-sama are here!!" A girl appeared. "Sneaky!! Akimi did it herself!!" and also the other girl. "Ken-sama!! Aishiteru!!" The girls became wild. "Uh.., there's only one way...," I acted calm.

I ran away from the fans with all my power, but not just me running away from the fans, I saw Touda run away from the girls' fans too.

"You're being chased too?!" Touda asked. "Well, if you see from the back." I still ran away. "We're like famous movie stars, Ken." Touda was still running.

After they got me and Touda at the same time, they kissed me and Touda so wildly. But now it's time to go home, and I'm still happy that the girls really love me. Big Head hahahahahahahahahaha.

When at my apartment and in my room, I got a mail from my band group. They said tomorrow practice at the studio at noon. Well, I have no schedule tomorrow, so that should be easy for tomorrow's practice. Oh right, I must remind Hayabusa too about this. Only one day left before the Christmas party.

"You late, Ken." My friend said. "Sorry, I'm overslept yesterday, man." "Christmas party, huh?" Hayabusa asked. "Yup, at Lil'sis school." "Hayabusa, where are you going for Christmas?" My friend asked Hayabusa. "Wakaranai (I don't know), there's no interesting place here." "Hey-hey, do we want to practice or not!?" I warned them. "OK-OK, let's start now with a new text!!" My friend said, "And sing till we drop like it's hoooot!!" And he screamed like a rock star. "No one wants to, idiot." Hayabusa said.

This is the first time I came late to practice, because last night lady members from my school called me. First from Kotori, second from Nanaka, then from Otome, Akane, and from Princess too. They wanted to know what Hayabusa likes and Hayabusa's favorites, and it's all about Hayabusa. I think they want to confess to Hayabusa or what? They talk too much about Hayabusa. Well, I don't know about that. And now it's time to practice.

We just practiced the song until we really remembered the lyrics, but suddenly why did the music become weirder and weirder now? From a love song, why did it turn into hard rock music, like from 'Robbie William Feel' why did it change into 'Disturbed Inside the Fire'. What the hell is going on here.

"Hey, Hold on-hold on-hold on." I halted them. "What now, Ken, we're in a hot situation now." My friend complained. "You said we sing a love song for Christmas, but why are we singing hard rock music!?" "Wait, we sing hard rock music?" The bassist realized it. "If I remember correctly, we're singing hard rock death metal." Hayabusa realized. "Wait a minute, who changed the song lyrics?" My friend began to ask. "Not me." The bassist said. "Not me either." Hayabusa said. "I can't hold the lyrics sheet." The drummer said. "Nope, not me." I said. "Ah sorry!! I changed the lyrics!!" My friend said and realized he's the one who carried a lyrics text. "BOOOOOOO" the mob began.

After practicing the song for Christmas, Hayabusa went home to clean the house, Mike had a party with his family, Rick still had a part-time job, and Kennedy had a date. I decided to walk to kill time. When in the center of the shopping district, I saw Shizuka in a girls' shop.

"Ah, Ken. What a coincidence!" Shizuka saw me. "What are you doing?" I talked to Shizuka. "I'm looking for something for Christmas tomorrow." "Oh, right. For tomorrow's party, right?" "Um. Excuse me, Ken." Shizuka called me. "Yes?" "Do you think this is the right time?" Shizuka asked so shyly. "Huh? What do you mean?" "Hasukawa..." Shizuka whispered. "Haya-" I was really confused, suddenly I got it, "Oh, you want to show your feeling to Hayabusa, right?" "Eh, uh-um. That." Shizuka became confused and found it hard to tell. What I said was true. Every girl saved by me and Hayabusa wants to confess her feelings to me and Hayabusa. But mostly, the girls from my usual group want to confess their feelings to Hayabusa. Nanaka, Otome, Kotori, Akane, and now Shizuka want to know about Hayabusa too.

Suddenly, I saw Nanaka and Hayabusa in a Karaoke Box. Wait, just Hayabusa and Nanaka, is Nanaka going to confess to Hayabusa first?! If the answer is 'yes,' that's good; if 'no,' well, I don't know.

Looks like there's someone behind me, there are 3 or 5 people behind me and they are talking about Nanaka too. When I took a look behind me, just as I thought. The ladies from my group, only Akane and Emily, including Kazuki, Kuro-sensei, plus Midori. Heh, are they spying on Hayabusa? Oh gee.

"What are you doing, you guys?" I felt pissed off. "We were invited to spy on Hayabusa's movements, but it turns out he's just walking around and met Nanaka." Kazuki said. "We just happened to meet them." Kuro-sensei and Midori said. "Everyone, Hayabusa-senpai and Nanaka-senpai have entered the Mall!!" Akane said. "Damn, we have to catch them quickly!! At last, we found Hayabusa and Nanaka; they were just taking a walk in the mall and not doing anything. Come on, man!! If you really like Nanaka, just have some fun, go to your room and make love..., wait, what the hell am I saying?

Suddenly, Hayabusa and Nanaka go to a sex shop—, Aaah!! No-no!! Not that!! They go to the music shop, not a sex shop!! They really went to a music shop and found music!! They didn't go to a sex shop!! Ahhh, forgive me, my Lord!!!

"They look very intimate." Akane said. "Eh, wait. There are two others!!" Kazuki saw something.

What I saw was, I saw Otome and Kotori too. That means they weren't going out on a date. They didn't coincidentally meet; they had a promise to meet at the music shop. (At least I didn't say 'sex shop'.) Then why was Touda there too?! What were they doing there!? And why was Touda there!? A couple's date? Nah.

And then they went somewhere else after meeting each other; now the pursuit was back in action. Suddenly, Hayabusa looked back, and so did I and the group, hiding somewhere. Damn you, Falcon (Hayabusa), don't counter-attack so suddenly.

"Who was that guy just now?" Kuro-sensei asked. "Actually, that is my old friend from when me and Hayabusa were at Kyoto school." I answered. "Your friend from Kyoto? Who is he?" Kuro-sensei asked. "Eh, they've gone far again!!" Midori called. "Let's chase them again!!" Emily said.

They went to the supermarket, and we were still on their tail, following them. They bought some meat, fish, noodles, veggies, fruit, and a Christmas cake. But where do they want to celebrate the Christmas party at? Now we are outside the mall, and then they ran so fast, making it more suspicious. After pursuing them, now we really lost them. But why do I see a party at the reformatory? It's so very lovely to see children with no parents laughing and smiling.

"I knew it, so you guys were following me, huh." Hayabusa spoke. "Hayabusa!? Where are you!?" Emily said. "Here." Hayabusa was behind me and standing on the wall. "So you knew someone was following you, huh?" Kuro-sensei said. "Ah, you'd better hurry into the orphanage. The party is starting." Hayabusa walked away from us. "Eh, Hayabusa. Do you know that tomorrow we have a Christmas party at school?" Kazuki asked. "I know, and besides, I've already practiced for Christmas tomorrow." Hayabusa entered the reformatory house.

The truth is, Touda asked Hayabusa for help to celebrate a Christmas party at this reformatory. He needed someone who could cook and take care of the children. Then Hayabusa asked Nanaka, Otome, and Kotori for help to celebrate the Christmas party at this reformatory. Damn, I thought you were on a date with Nanaka.

"Um... America-nii (America Big Brother)" A child wanted to talk to me. "Don't call me that, I have a name, you know." I said to the kid. "Eh.. uh..aaaaa...." This kid now couldn't say anything. "Oi, what's wrong, kid?" Hayabusa asked that child. "Um, why does this America Big Brother know Big Brother Touda?" That kid asked. "Ah, Ken. How about we do that again?" Hayabusa wanted to do that. "Oh, that game, right. Well, he was a Big Boss." I began first. "Great person." Hayabusa said. "Ladies' man." I continued. "Hard worker." Hayabusa continued. "Playboy." I continued. "Pervert." Hayabusa continued. "Masked Rider Maniac." I continued. "Crybaby." Hayabusa still continued. "Sex lover." I still continued. "Womanizer." Hayabusa still continued and... "DOUBLE RIDER KICK" Touda jumped and kicked us both.

Touda successfully kicked Hayabusa and my head and successfully hit the wall. Not just his punch is powerful, but his kick is powerful too. Damn, that double rider kick gave us a big pain, but at least me and Hayabusa can still survive from that kick, and the party can still continue. Ouch, my neck.

When the party was still ongoing, Hayabusa went outside carrying a glass of red juice, and snow was falling from the sky. Then I followed Hayabusa outside. Seeing the snow falling made me feel very peaceful.

"Everyone is really happy, huh?" Hayabusa said. "Right...." I answered. "Seeing their smiles... hearing their laughter.... and also their joy... feels happy and also a little painful for me..." Hayabusa drank the juice. "I know... Your heart still hurts to see that, because when you were in Kyoto you lost your parents, right? And you get hurt seeing a happy family and loving couple, right?" "Ah... But... maybe it's my path to be alone... maybe I'm not serious about love. That's why I have to be alone." Hayabusa drank all the juice. "Don't worry Hayabusa, I'm sure God will find a true love for you." I rubbed Hayabusa's head. "Ah, Amen." Hayabusa & I clinked glasses.

Christmas is here now on December 25th. This morning snow is falling from the sky. I saw Maya and Hunter playing in the snow outside with the children who were also playing in the snow. But, Brrrr. This weather is very cold, like in Alaska. I need to drink warm sweet sake to warm my body.

After taking a bath with hot water, I had breakfast and drank warm sweet sake. That made my body feel warm too. And then my family and I went to church to pray this Christmas. I wish for no antichrist and no doomsday until I die, 'cause I damn hate it if I live in that era; I hate antichrist & doomsday from the beginning of my life. After that, I went home to sleep for a while before the Christmas party at night at my school. But before I sleep, Hunter wanted to take a walk because my dog wanted to take a walk.

"Ok-Ok, just don't bite my pants, Hunter." I can't sleep when Hunter bites my pants.

Me and Hunter wanted to take a walk and kill some time before the Christmas party. I took a sweater, hat, and scarf too. And then off we went. This season, there are too many people walking; it's better than using vehicles. And by coincidence, I met Miharu and the Principal.

"Ah, Setsuko and Principal. Merry Christmas." I took a bow. "Ah, Merry Christmas, Ken. Where are you going?" Setsuko asked. "Just taking a walk for my dog Hunter. Say Hi, Hunter." "Bark." Hunter said. "Wow, how smart." Miharu rubbed Hunter's head. "Ken, you're coming to this Christmas event, right?" Principal asked. "Yup, as usual." "Alright, we'll leave first, Ken." Principal and Setsuko left now.

Now it's 4:45 and the school party begins at 6. I went home after taking Hunter for a walk. And then I took a bath, ate some food, and changed my suit to my school suit. Only the school committee uses uniform, including Hayabusa, Otome, Kotori, and some crew from the school committee.

"Mom!! Dad!! I go first!!" I said to my Mom and Dad. "OK, careful." Mom said. "Ken, wait!!" Dad halted me. "What's wrong, Dad?" "Here's your Christmas present from me and your Mom." Dad gave me a present. "Ah, thanks, Dad, Mom." I felt touched. "Hurry and go, you don't want to be late, right?" Mom said. "OK, I go now!!" I left the apartment.

At school, everyone was busy decorating the last part for the Christmas party. And then my friends in the band came before the party began, including Hayabusa. Everyone was still wearing sweaters and hats, except Hayabusa, who took off his sweater and scarf.

"Hayabusa, are you cold?" I felt like I was in Alaska and naked. "Not really, it's warm." Hayabusa answered. "What?! How can you say warm when outside is ice cold!?" "Just bring an instant warmer, and your body will be warm." Hayabusa showed the instant warmer.

Now it's 5:35. All students and parents came to this school. And then my parents, Maya, and my dog Hunter came too. Hunter ran to me because he missed me. What a worrisome dog.

"You really miss me, yeah, Hunter?" I rubbed Hunter's head, and Hunter licked me. "Mr. Gunslinger, it's your band's turn soon!!" One of the school committee members said. "I will be right there!!" Then I talked to Hunter, "Listen, go back to Maya. And please don't bark until I come back, okay?" "Bark." Hunter went back to Maya.

All my band crew went to the stage; everybody took a position just like usual when we were practicing. Because I'm the leader of this band, then I must give the warm welcome.

"OK everyone, we are from 'The Vic' and will sing the first song as a welcome to this school." Then I talked to my band, "OK everyone, song number 25."

And this song was a big success; everyone liked it. And then after my song, the show continued with a drama about Christmas. That drama was very touching to my heart and very meaningful about Christmas.

Then the next show was a song from the diva Nanaka and the band: two girls and two boys. Very perfect, better than three girls and one boy, just like James Bond or a hero from Duke Nukem. And Nanaka began to sing.

When Nanaka sang, I saw tears from Hayabusa's eyes. Wait, Dango Daikazoku means 'The Large Dango Family'. A story about Dango [like a Japanese sweet cake] in a big family. It reminds him of family, which makes Hayabusa feel pain. I saw tears from his eyes.

"Hey, are you all right, man?" I asked Hayabusa. "Ah, I just… I want to get some fresh air first." Hayabusa left the room. "Hayabusa!! Wait!!" I chased Hayabusa. "Let him be!" Someone halted me. "That voice, Principal!?" I looked back. "Let him be, Ken. You won't know what to say to him if he wants to be alone." "I Guess, You're right." I'm hopeless now. "Besides, he's just touched by Nanaka's song." "So that's why Hayabusa cried…" "Um, and the good news is, the girls from our group want to confess their feelings to Hayabusa." The Principal patted my shoulder. "Huh? Who!?" "Only fate can bring them together; you just need to watch, Ken. That's all." The Principal left me.

So the time has come. One of the girls saved by Hayabusa and me wants to confess her feelings to Hayabusa as a Christmas present, huh? I just don't know who is really in love with Hayabusa. Is it Nanaka? Otome? Kotori? Akane? Princess? Shizuka? Or someone else? Man, that makes me very vexed. Just who is in love with Hayabusa?
