Chapter 97: How Many of My Fists Can He Handle?

The journey from Konoha to the southern battlefield would take a standard Jōnin three days at most.

But for Guts and Tsunade, both at Kage-level, the trip took barely two.

Two days.

That was all it took for Tsunade to feel like this insufferable brat had completely eaten her alive.

Maybe it was the wild setting. Maybe it was the lack of eyes around. Either way, Guts never crossed the final line, but he did everything else.

And the worst part?

Tsunade didn't resist.

In fact, she... responded.

As a medical ninja, she understood the biology of it all too well.

She knew the average age when a woman's physical needs peaked.

She also knew that thanks to the Senju bloodline and her Hundred Healings Seal, her youth would last unnaturally long, perhaps until the day she died.

But she was still a woman. And this age... this was the most dangerous time.

Of course, none of this would've mattered if it were someone else.

Anyone else even thought about her that way? She'd crush their skulls before they could blink.

But it was Guts.

He touched her without hesitation. Held her like he owned her. And even if she hated to admit it, she didn't want him to stop.

For Guts, it was a feast. Tsunade's mature, curvaceous figure was something entirely different from the still-developing Kurenai.

Soft, shapely, addictive...he could barely get enough of her.

Two days passed, and the two finally arrived at the Konoha southern base camp.

Reinforcements led by Orochimaru had already settled in. Most of the lower-tier ninjas, like Might Duy or his son, young Might Guy, had been sent back to the village.

Luckily, unlike White Fang in the original timeline, Might Duy had escaped his tragic fate.

"You've got some nerve, Sensei,"

Shisui complained as Guts strolled in.

"You ran back to Konoha to rest and left us here holding the line."

The boy was barely ten, already a veteran of the battlefield, and had earned the name Body Flicker Shisui, a name that echoed across the frontlines.

Guts ruffled his hair and grinned.

"When you're strong, Shisui, you earn the right to do what you want."

Shisui blinked, watching his teacher walk away with a spring in his step.

"Sensei's in a... weirdly good mood," he muttered to himself.

Inside the camp, several figures were already gathered.

Jiraiya. Orochimaru. Namikaze Minato.

Add Guts and Tsunade to the mix, and it was practically a summit of monsters.

If another major village joined the enemy side right now, Konoha could still steamroll them.

"Guts-kun! Tsunade-sama! You're here!"

Minato greeted them with his signature warm smile.

Tsunade immediately shifted back into her professional demeanor, hands on hips and voice strong.

"Konoha has the upper hand now, doesn't it? We should be able to finish this war soon."

Minato nodded.

"Yes. We're just waiting for the right moment to deliver the final blow to Mist Shinobi. Then... it's over."

Orochimaru folded his arms, his voice calm but cautious.

"Still... something doesn't sit right with me. With the way things are going, the Third Mizukage should've retreated by now. But he hasn't. That's not like a Mizukage."

Everyone fell silent.

It was odd. Why continue a hopeless war?

Only Guts seemed to understand.

'He's being controlled... just like Yagura in the future,' he thought.

'Sharingan... It has to be. Either Uchiha Madara... or Obito.'

The timing was strange. The full plan hadn't been activated yet, but the signs were there.

Minato broke the silence.

"Regardless of why they're stalling, we have to stay sharp. Be ready for the final strike."

As the meeting ended, and the commanders went their separate ways, Jiraiya pulled Minato aside.

"Minato," he said in a low tone,

"you need to step it up in this last battle. Guts has already taken way too much credit."

Minato smiled gently.

"Everyone's fighting for Konoha, Sensei. It's not about credit."

Unlike Sarutobi Hiruzen or Danzo, Minato had no interest in political games. He truly embodied the Will of Fire.

But Jiraiya didn't let it go.

"That's fine... but you still want to be Hokage, don't you?"

Minato scratched the back of his head.

"Of course. I want to protect the village... with everything I have."

Meanwhile, in another corner of the camp...

Guts stretched out comfortably inside his tent, Tsunade nestled beside him.

Their conversation was nearly identical to Jiraiya's and Minato's.

Except for one major difference, Guts had Tsunade in his arms.

"We might not have much time,"

Guts murmured.

"If I want to guarantee you become the Fourth Hokage, I need to grab the spotlight again in this battle."

Tsunade didn't answer. Her face was buried in his chest, her breathing soft.

Guts smirked and leaned closer to whisper in her ear.

"When you're Hokage... we'll do it in the Hokage's office."

Tsunade jerked up, face instantly flushed red.

"Y-You're insane! There's no way I'd do something like that!"

He chuckled, brushing his lips along her neck.

"Hard to say. I think deep down... you want it."

With a mischievous grin, he reached down and gave her chest a firm squeeze, curves easily four or five times fuller than Kurenai's.

Tsunade gasped, going weak in his arms, her body betraying her again.

'What kind of sin did I commit in my past life... to get stuck with this maniac in this one?'

She thought, biting her lip as his hands roamed freely.

Five Days Later.

The call came at dawn.

Jiraiya, now commander-in-chief of the southern front, addressed the entire command tent.

"The time has come! Mist Shinobi are beginning their retreat. This is our chance. We strike now and end this war once and for all!"

As the news spread, tension exploded into excitement.

Guts stepped forward, twisting his wrist with a loud crack.

All eyes turned to him, including Shisui, who stared with a mix of awe and confusion.

A wild grin stretched across Guts's face, his teeth flashing.

"Let's see how many of my fists the Third Mizukage can handle."
