Xiao Feng lifted his foot and slammed it viciously down upon Satan, who lay on the ground. Yet to Xiao Feng's surprise, Satan's head suddenly dissolved into a billow of black mist. His foot passed straight through the shadowy haze and crashed into the stone slab beneath, shattering it into countless shards that scattered like autumn leaves.
Satan recoiled, his form solidifying once more as he eyed Xiao Feng warily. Inwardly, he mused that the reports about Xiao Feng had been accurate—this man wielded multiple extraordinary powers and was indeed a formidable opponent. Rubbing his bare scalp, Satan slowly shed his coat.
Beneath, his shirt strained taut over his savage muscles. Adopting a boxing stance, he roared fiercely; with a sharp rip, his shirt tore under the immense strain. Then, charging at Xiao Feng, his fists rained down with relentless fury, his speed nearly doubled. Xiao Feng could only watch as colossal fists rained upon him like a meteor shower.
Forced into a rapid retreat, Xiao Feng was pressed back until he collided heavily with a parked car.
Satan's fists hammered down viciously. Xiao Feng flickered aside just in time as a thunderous crunch echoed—the car's hood was utterly crushed by Satan's massive punch.
Seizing the brief pause, Xiao Feng spun sharply behind Satan and delivered a savage kick to his knee. With a crack, Satan dropped to one knee. Before he could recover, another fierce blow struck the back of his head, driving him forcefully into the front of the car. The vehicle, battered beyond repair by their brutal clash, was now utterly wrecked.
Xiao Feng swiftly manipulated the mangled hood, wrapping it tightly around Satan.
In response, Satan's form abruptly dissolved into a swirling black mist, escaping only to re-solidify moments later. But before he could react, Xiao Feng slammed the curled hood down fiercely upon him. With a sharp thud, Satan was struck squarely.
A flicker of surprise crossed Satan's face—how could Xiao Feng detect his presence so accurately? His form dissolved again.
Yet at that instant, Xiao Feng laughed coldly. "Fool, you forget I've evolved my psychic powers as well." In a blink, he appeared exactly where Satan had re-materialized and brought the twisted hood crashing down upon his bald head.
This time, Satan's frustration was palpable. Despite having researched Xiao Feng beforehand, aware of his multiple abilities, he had believed his own power sufficient to challenge him. But only now, in the throes of combat, did he truly grasp Xiao Feng's terror—not for the mere number of his powers, but for the unimaginable way he wielded them in unison.
Satan fixed Xiao Feng with a fierce glare. Panting, Xiao Feng gripped the curled hood and taunted, "Come on... keep going."
Satan prepared to strike again when suddenly several modified sports cars screeched to a halt around them. A host of figures emerged, including Pandora.
The other X Corps soldiers leveled their automatic rifles at the bald giant, shouting commands.
Pandora approached Xiao Feng, concern etched on her face. "Xiao Feng, are you alright?"
"I'm fine. It's just this guy's a real pain..." Xiao Feng replied, hefting the hood and advancing on Satan.
Satan surveyed the newcomers warily, particularly the stunning woman with flowing purple hair beside Xiao Feng. He sensed she was no ordinary ally and felt a pang of unease. Yet retreat in such disarray was not his style.
With a roar, Satan lunged at Xiao Feng; the hood came crashing down once more.
But this time, Satan didn't dodge. Knowing evasion was futile, he swung a massive fist and struck the hood, sending it flying.
Suddenly, Pandora darted from behind Xiao Feng, delivering a swift, brutal kick to Satan.
Anticipating her attack, Satan had guarded his chest with an arm, yet he was unprepared for Pandora's strength—her kick slammed him flying with a thunderous impact.
Xiao Feng seized the fallen hood and charged again at Satan.
With a heavy crash, Satan hit the ground before pushing himself up. As he struggled to rise, Xiao Feng raised the hood for another strike.
At that moment, a figure materialized, intercepting the blow. The hood crashed solidly against this newcomer, who was hurled backward. Squinting, Xiao Feng recognized him as Gui Yao—one of the Seven Killers.
Satan's eyes widened at the sight of Gui Yao.
Feeling a touch embarrassed, Xiao Feng dropped the hood and called out, "Gui Yao, are you alright?"
Coughing, Gui Yao staggered to his feet some distance away and limped toward them. "Boss Xiao Feng, where did you get all this strength?"
Satan fixed Gui Yao with a scowl. "Gui Yao, what are you doing here?"
"Heh, I've been here for some time, following Xiao Feng. Didn't expect to meet you today, Boss Satan. What brings you here? And why are you tangled up with Xiao Feng? He's absurdly strong."
Satan frowned. "I was sent by Sam to rescue Zeus and Apollo. I tracked Xiao Feng here, thinking defeating him would compel him to help save them. But I hadn't anticipated Xiao Feng's overwhelming power."
"And how did Sam send you here?" Xiao Feng inquired.
"I have no idea how he found me. He offered a hefty price, so I came. You know I keep my promises, so I'm determined to rescue Zeus and Apollo," Satan replied resolutely, unwilling to surrender.
"Boss, you're no match for Xiao Feng alone. You should give up. We've always been at odds with the Seven Gods; whether they're saved or not is meaningless. You'd be better off leaving now."
Satan shook his head. "No. Don't stop me..." With that, he advanced toward Xiao Feng.
Pandora's twin blades materialized in her hands as she stepped forward fiercely. "If you refuse to see reason, then I'll send you straight to hell," she declared coldly.
Gui Yao, knowing Pandora's formidable prowess, shouted to Satan, "Boss, you can't beat her. Give up..."
