Episode 27: Childhood Friend

Episode 27: Childhood Friend

Many people started distancing themselves from Aizakawa and Mialethra. Aizakawa didn't care—as long as they stayed true and honest, that was enough for him. As usual, they gathered like normal, with Aizakawa waiting for Mialethra on the school rooftop.

While waiting, Aizakawa saw Saon about to end his own life.

Aizakawa called out, "Hey, what are you doing?"

Saon replied, "I can't take it anymore. So many people hate me. The few who supported me are now being hated too because of it."

Aizakawa tried to encourage Saon to keep going.

Saon snapped, "You don't know anything—your life's easy!"

He assumed Aizakawa didn't know what it was like to feel hopeless. What Saon didn't know was that Aizakawa's past was filled with deep sorrow, but he still chose to endure.

Aizakawa calmly responded, "No matter how much pain you're in, there's someone who's been through worse—me. And that person didn't give up. He lives his life like any normal person."

Meanwhile, Miyuki and Shodo were skipping school, hiding away in a love hotel. Shodo suddenly received a call from his father—and shockingly, he broke up with Miyuki on the spot.

Miyuki cried out, "Why? You promised you'd never leave me!"

Shodo coldly replied, "I don't care. You're useless now."

He then left the love hotel and returned home.

The next day, Miyuki posted a clarification, saying the rumors were false and just myths. People began to feel guilty for how they treated Saon. Later, Miyuki approached Saon and apologized. Aizakawa and Mialethra stood nearby, watching silently, choosing not to get involved.

In truth, Saon's heart had already been broken by Miyuki. But thanks to Aizakawa and Mialethra's support, he realized his journey wasn't over yet. He forgave Miyuki but told her he no longer wanted to date her.

Hearing that, Miyuki felt a deep sense of guilt and couldn't even forgive herself.

With the Miyuki-Saon issue finally resolved, things began to calm down again.

But on Saturday night, tragedy struck Mialethra's family. Out of nowhere, her family went bankrupt because Fordlethra (her father) was suddenly fired from his job. As a result, they lost their house and were forced to live in a cave behind a waterfall.

Aizakawa visited them, suspicious because Fordlethra had always worked very well. Yet he had been abruptly terminated, causing all their assets to be seized—though luckily, their phones weren't taken.

Aizakawa offered to let them stay at his house temporarily, but they declined. They felt indebted to Aizakawa, who had already saved them so many times.

As evening came, Aizakawa returned home. Later that night, he messaged Mialethra—only to be shocked when Mialethra suddenly asked to break up with him.
