A history professor discovers a coded manuscript in Spain and after deciphering the codex, he appears dead as part of the rituals of a secret society from the Middle Ages and sends the manuscript to two people, one of whom is Gregory Evans, who is now part of a plot in which he is one of the chosen ones by this sect to protect the greatest relic of all time, the Ark of the Covenant.
