I didn't like being tested. But she kept doing it—over and over.
The noise in the house was much. She'd been dragged back upstairs—resisting like hell the whole time, screaming about wanting to leave.
I headed straight for her room.
I didn't even wait for the guards to clear out before I opened her door.
She was walking up and down the room. Face cold and frowning. She crossed her arms over her chest, looking like a child throwing a tantrum. It was a bit good watching her.
She stopped the second she saw me.
"You told her," I said flatly.
She tilted her head , staring at me with eyes sharp and cold. "Told who?"
"I don't need you to play fucking games with me right now." I stepped inside and shut the door. "How did your little friend know where to find you?"
She blinked slowly. "Is that why you barged in here? You're mad she found me?"
I took a step in. "Answer me."
